Good service and delivery in time

The product is fine and the delivery time was good.

I had a very pleasant shopping experience and great communication with this online store. They contacted me quickly when they realized the item was out of stock and suggested another brand with the same product. I was very satisfied, and they even offered a small discount for the inconvenience. Overall, I’m very happy and would absolutely recommend this website.

The company states its in Norway but doesnt even exist. When i got the product which was totally not what I ordered they refused to take it return as they are in India and it would cost them too much in just postage. Instead they offered me 30% off next purchase. There is no point in a discount when I already have a product which is totally no use to me.

The products were plentiful and easy to find, everything went as expected.

I would recommend this syrup 🥰 it works great for me…I hv gained weight just in few weeks…and I eat more than bfr…

Good product and fast delivery

I was promised a refund, which according to Nava Fresh was being processed on the 4th June and should be in my account in 3-5days. Guess what? 5th working day, no refund reflecting in my account! Emailed them, response - usual flowery insincere apology -'please check your account in 2-3 days'. I don't know how long this cat and mouse game will go on for, but I'm a very tenacious stubborn Taurean and will play it as long as necessary,-, even if the refund is coming from the Bank of Alaska - I'm in the game for the long haul!

Ordered product via nava fresh South Africa on 13 may 2025 order delivery no later than 3 June 2025. Cannot track parcel as OTP does not get sent to telephone number … don’t trust this company as I still have non delivery and no refund

They don't deliver the product at all. Please do not buy any if of their product. It is a scam a big scam!!!!

Did not receive my order. Many excuses and lies. Think it is a BIG scam!!

I have been sending numerous emails regarding my order with no luck on receiving a delivery date

The shipping status does not get updated

Each time I try to call to speak to a consultant the lines just goes dead

Do not buy from them, to me it seems like a scam

Can't get answers from anyone, they think offering a discount on the next order is going to help, like I would order from them again

Placed my order on the 28th Feb and till date all the Consultants are just giving me the run around

Got my slimy little scoby in good health and he (his name is Freddy) is currently brewing me a new batch of hibiscus kombucha.
He would come to say hi, but he is busy.

It took almost 7 weeks for the product to arrive and upon that i also had to pay 286,-kr in import tax even when i orderd from a .no site. Not ordering from them again.

Navafresh offers very good products .
Navafresh takes care of customers all the time .

Good quality. Just as described

So far I believe the product to be very good quality. I was concerned about the delivery time as Christmas was approaching, so I rang the customer service a few times. Most times the line was very bad and we could not communicate, but the two times I did connect they were very kind and helpful and they fixed everything good for me. Overall very pleased with the shopping experience.
