Your platform makes it easy for our Finance team to be as hands off as possible for T&E and it is very user friendly, so it is easy for our employees use. Thank you for making continuous upgrades to the platform, especially when it comes to reporting.

I'm a Department Coordinator for my company and use Navan almost weekly and absolutely love the ease and convenience of being able to book almost every aspect of my team members travel on one site. Also, the chat feature is a great help when and if I do have questions or problems arise.

It is a very convenient tool that helps planning your overall trip from flights to hotels under each specific trip. I do travel a lot and find it extremely helpful as an organizing tool.

Love Navan

Love Navan. Would prefer it if you could get all rewards using Navan. I still use Hotels.com at times so I don’t lose all their benefits. For my recent stay in Dublin it was all very easy to use.

Great Self Service Ability

The platform works well with the ability to set granular limits across teams, allowing team members to self-service travel & accommodation bookings. Navan also allows for simple cancellation and updates of existing bookings, along with full expenses & receipt management through the app.

Positive User Experience with Navan

Navan is a very user-friendly platform with easy navigation and a strong travel inventory. The helpful in-platform articles make it easy for users to be self-sufficient without always needing to contact support. The incentives for choosing more cost-efficient options are a smart feature, and the ability to add loyalty memberships is highly appreciated. The personal travel option - where users can use their Navan points - is also a great added benefit. Overall, it has been a very positive experience.

Great platform that has been a time saver for our company

Overall, Navan has become a highly valuable tool for our team. Having all travel, reporting, and approvals centralised in one place has saved us significant time and made our internal processes much more efficient. The platform is intuitive, and the visibility it provides across bookings and spend has been a real improvement for our organisation.
One area of frustration, however, is the booking process when the reservation redirects to Booking.com. In these instances, Booking.com does not allow you to complete a reservation for another traveller unless the payment card is in their name. This creates additional steps and delays, particularly for PAs/EAs who regularly book travel on behalf of others. It would be incredibly helpful if this could be streamlined or if alternative booking options were available directly within Navan to avoid this limitation.
Despite this challenge, Navan has otherwise been an excellent addition to our travel management process, and we appreciate the ongoing improvements and support.

Poor system do not purchase/use it

Poor system, booking hotels much more expensive than going direct. Constant issues booking items and it keeps breaking down.

Chat function is an AI bot and Customer Service on hold for 10 minutes and when they did pick up I was informed this is expenses and the wrong department....

10x the effort of booking flights direct

Navan is kind of 'fine' unless there's a problem or schedule change. Then you will wish you had booked direct. Currently I have done multiple live chats, had followed up by emails because they could not get the flights booked 'live', followed by more chats and another email. I think its been about 3-4 weeks trying to resolve a cancelled connection now and still not fixed so I sure am glad the flights are still a few months away! I believe I could have resolved this with one call to the airline, or via self service, if booked direct, rather than getting stuck in an infinite loop.
The agents are doing their best and are pleasant to deal with, its just a shame they can't actually sort things on the spot.
