Callie is great to work with. She makes buying insurance very easy very fast. I didn't have to talk to 1 insurance person. She was able to find me better rates within 24 hrs. of my first conversation with her. She was also able to help with a situation I had with Medicare ,when no one else seemed to be able to help me. Becoming an expert in the complexities of Medicare and all the iterations is the last thing I'm interested in pursuing given I'm 79 and retired. Finding such expertise on the subject has been a gift, and I appreciate the roadmap to navigate the various possibilities. Ms. Navarides presented a "table" of choices, the plus and minus for each, and made a sound recommendation. Exactly what I needed. Her explanations and clarifications built my confidence to make an intelligence choice. We are now in awaiting an appeal for a rate with a provider. I confident we will find the best option given the options and limitations.

Where do I begin? First off, very friendly and quite patient with all my questions. Did not give me the feeling that my questions were dumb or that they were getting annoyed that I would ask so many. That is paramount for me. Then how articulate the health care language that can be quite confusing to me. So that was a plus!!! Also they were prepared for everything I asked. Had a satisfactory answer to where by the time our meeting concluded, I was saying yes, thank you for your help and please sign me up. In the past I generally shut down when associates are annoyed at my endless questions about what exactly I am signing up for, so yay!!! 5 Star, premium quality associate to guide me to effective health care. I fortunately was connected to Callie Navrides and she was AMAZING in guiding me through the process. She followed on with the insurance company who's coverage was not very clear and also follow-up with my preferred hospital and dental providers on coverage. She was a pleasure to work with.
