Inabilaty to get human help even though…

Inabilaty to get human help even though your emails to me give me an address that never responds to my problem. The platform itself will be very benificial to me once I get familar with it. example:
Contract Note Import Failed
Your forwarded email with the subject: Bond Wrap – Markets, Trading Flows and Ideas could not be imported.

Failure reason: .

The account this 'refers' to was deleted because I was having so much trouble. I opend a new account with a different and new forwarding navexa address and today this appeared. no reference to my bonds is in my forwarding for the current subscription account.
Iv'e only just started with this platform and I'm trying to learn via uTube and other. I have spent hours trying to deal with some things using your AI. My brain is not geared the same way an accountant's brain is geared, I have to learn and I need help in several areas. 'Bonds' is one area you don't cover yet the same way you do with say ETF's. My contract notes are not auto updating but I think that is because I did not 'save' . I had two trades overnight and I added them manually and altered the auto import by 'saving' so I haope that now works. Your platform has a LOT of merit but being able to contact a human would help. I note that Irene Zhu never seems to have any trouble contacting you. BTW date of experience is about 8 weeks of pain.

Hi Yimin,

We’re really sorry to hear about the trouble connecting your SelfWealth account. We understand how important it is for your trades to sync automatically.

Our team has looked into this and found that your SelfWealth contract notes were being sent to a portfolio that had been deleted. Once you update to the new email address in your portfolio settings, your future trades will import automatically as expected.

We’ve also shared steps to recover any missing trades, and we’re happy to help make sure everything is fully up to date. Please check your inbox for our latest email.

Thanks so much for your patience while we work to make the connection smoother for you.

Ease of use and time-based performance data

I like the ease of use, the interaction with my broker transactions and how I can assess performance of my portfolio over discrete time periods. To me this is a huge advantage over my excel spreadsheets or my brokers spreadsheet which only compare to purchase price.

A newbies first experience

I have been (and still am) a Sharesight user - both platforms have their own features - i find Navexa a much more useful tool for the individual investor - Navexa is all about maximising one's portfolio returns rather than just reporting on the content (something Sharesight does very well)

Terrible software

Terrible software. Wouldn’t connect to brokers at all. Customer service is just an ai bot. Scam software stole my money and false advertising

Great platform with a five star Support

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve been using Navexa Portfolio Tracker for several years now and I’m genuinely impressed. The platform delivers exactly what it promises: clear, precise tracking across all my investments — stocks, crypto, managed funds — plus SMSFs and trusts. What sets it apart is how easy it is to see why my portfolio is performing the way it is: performance drivers, income, gains/losses, diversification, and currency effects are all laid out in a way that makes sense.

The tools for tax reporting are outstanding. As someone who used to dread tax season, the automated capital gains and dividend reports save me so much time (and mental energy).

On top of all that, the customer support is excellent. Fast responses, helpful, friendly — they don’t just fix issues, they care.

If you’re serious about managing your wealth — whether one portfolio or many — Navexa gives you the clarity and control you need. Highly recommend!

Great tool but pricey…

I recently imported five portfolios into Navexa to test it out during its trial period. It did a good job of identifying errors during the import process, and the CSV import went smoothly.

Once the data was imported, I liked the layout and features. In my case, I’ve been searching for a tool that breaks out capital gains and dividend income, and computes the average share price across multiple portfolios. Navexa’s group feature solved these challenges for me.

My only concern going into the trial was the pricing model. While $25 AUD per month for one to three portfolios seemed fair, the $40 fee for up to 10 portfolios was a bit steep. I wasn’t sure if there was a workaround in Navexa that would allow me to consolidate my holdings into one to three portfolios, but after a few days, I realized that wasn’t possible. I’ll end up with eight or nine portfolios.

As a couple in Canada, it’s common for each of us to have an RRSP, TFSA, LIF/LIRA, and possibly a Spousal RRSP and a bond portfolio. Our portfolios range in size from one holding to 16 holdings each. In total, I’m only managing 30-35 distinct holdings across those eight portfolios, but that places me in an upper pricing tier at $40 AUD.

After a couple of days setting it up, I’m going to abandon my trial and go back to my spreadsheet, Google Portfolio, and coffee. I’ll dream of the day when $40 per month doesn’t seem like a lot of money to spend on what is otherwise a pretty decent tool.

Hi Tim, thanks for the great feedback! If you don’t need the Australian tax reporting, you can switch to our Global site (scroll to the bottom of navexa.com and click “Global”), where Premium is $16 USD/month. Each portfolio in Navexa represents its own tax entity, which is why accounts like RRSP, TFSA or LIRA can’t be merged into fewer portfolios. But you can still use the Group feature to see performance across all your accounts in one view. If you’d like to move to the USD pricing, email help@navexa.com and we’ll set this up for you. Regards, Tom

Great features once take on complete

Lots of features built in need to get to know them all. My take on was a pain APIs did not work and support could have been better eventually did manual take on with self composed spreadsheets but now that's all balanced enjoying what's on offer

Good website and helpful Support

Suggestion - new clients who are onboarding for first time should get one hour of phone time with a support person to ask all relevant questions at the beginning of their Navexa journey. Once a year host an educational event and meet and greet either online or in person in Sydney or Melbourne - maybe alternate between the two. I found I had to visit delisted.com.au a lot to work out how to input takeovers - this info should come up in a separate window on the navexa website.

Best product on the market!

I've been using Navexa for a few months now and love it. Great UI on web and mobile, very responsive, adding/updating portfolio is super easy and import directly from most common trading platforms without having to change the format of the file. Keep up the awesome work on the product.
