Downloadable data for Mazda

Ordered the downloadable data for my Mazda navigation SD card. I received the files along with clear instructions on how to update the card, and everything worked perfectly. The maps were updated without any issues. I totally recommend Navi World!

Mazda CX-3 with navigation again!

I have a Mazda CX-3 and, foolishly, I formatted the map SD card thinking I would update it. Later I discovered that after formatting it no longer worked..

I was hesitant to buy from an online site, but the price directly from Mazda was very high.

Support replied quickly when I asked if it was possible to reuse my card.

I approached Navi-World worried, but after researching I ended up buying the download version to reuse on my original SD card.

I managed to install it on my SD card and everything started working again!

I recommend!

The best remedy for Fiat 124spider's navigation system..!

I just bought a 2017 Fiat 124spider Lusso, and the navigation system stopped working. The central module kept displaying "Loading maps" all the time!
While reading about it, I saw that Navi-World produces updates for our Fiats, so I ordered the kit to fix the existing problem. The SD card and USB drive took two weeks to reach me (I'm in Quebec, Canada), and I tried to get it to work, without success...! That's when Jonathan (from Navi-World) took charge and talked with me for several days to show me the right steps to follow (I'm 76 years old and computers are sometimes more complicated than I understand... lol)
After five emails, I followed the correct procedure (nothing must be plugged into the infotainment system, except for the USB drive containing the update), and Jonathan never, during all this time, showed any signs of irritation... He's truly a good teacher and a patient guy.
I highly recommend doing business with Navi-World, who have highly specialized products and support you until everything works!
Bravo to Navi-World and a warm thank you to Jonathan.

I have a w212 ntg 4.5 system. Purchased the map update as well as video in motion. I had a little issue and messaged Jonathan via WhatsApp and he was extremely helpful and fast at replying. I highly recommend navi-world for their products and services!

Amazing Product! Value for money!

I purchased the Downloadable Map+ with 3 years of free updates for the GCC region, and the experience was excellent. The instructions provided by Jonathan were very clear and easy to follow, making the activation process simple. Within minutes, I was able to unlock navigation on my Mazda CX-9. The purchase saved me around $400–500 compared to dealer pricing. Highly recommend Navi-World for their reliable service and great value!

Update navigation easy

I had a great experience with Navi World services. They helped me update my Toyota Corolla navigation system and maps quickly and efficiently. Avoid this seller – dishonest and unprofessional

I purchased an SD card kit for Audi navigation updates from Navi-World. The product did not work as described, despite carefully following the instructions provided.

Instead of offering real technical support, the seller accused me of having already activated the navigation and then trying to get my money back – which is completely untrue and unacceptable. On top of that, they repeatedly asked about my nationality, which has nothing to do with the issue and felt very unprofessional.

I returned the cards at my own expense and provided all the required proof of shipment and delivery (tracking, receipts, and delivery confirmation in Kaunas, Lithuania). Despite that, the seller denied ever receiving. I was left without a refund.

In summary:
1. Product did not work as described.
2. Seller provided no meaningful support.
3. Refund process was unfair and unprofessional.
4. Communication was unpleasant and inappropriate.

I strongly advise avoiding this shop.

The product was fully tested and works exactly as described when used according to the provided instructions. The buyer never supplied any screenshots, diagnostics, or technical details that would allow us to verify the issue.

The customer’s identity turned out to be a bit of a mystery — let’s just say his email YANDEX revealed more than his profile suggested, like a small spy story from “the country that shall not be named.” Despite this curious discovery, we still assisted him and processed the order in good faith.

We also informed the customer that his payment would be directed toward Ukrainian Armed Forces support for those affected by the ongoing conflict — which we did. That, apparently, didn’t make him very happy.

Customer later opened a PayPal dispute, and we agreed to accept the return. However, no valid proof of shipment or delivery was ever provided, and the dispute was closed in our favor. As anyone familiar with PayPal knows, this only happens when the facts are crystal clear.

To summarize:
1. The product works when used correctly.
2. Full technical support was provided.
3. A return was offered but never completed.
4. The PayPal decision speaks for itself.

Additionally, Mr. Vlasov asked his friends (Artur,
Alexander, Denis, Mariia Shipkova, Ivan, Elena, Oleg, Georgy) to mark his review as useful. That’s… quite thoughtful 🙂.
