Do not use this company - save yourself the stress.

This company sucks. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

•you will have to call at least once daily to find out where your car is.
•you will be given the wrong phone number to the supposed driver of your car and/or get rude responses from the number holder that he “doesn’t have your car”.
•the Navi people themselves won’t even know where your car is AND won’t be able to get in touch with the company that has your car.
•you will be wondering if your car is even in transit while having no type of notification.
•you will get conflicting information of where your car is, if any info at all. “Your car is in California.” “The driver is halfway in Tucson, AZ” all within 10 mins.

My car was supposed to arrive 7/3 and it arrived 7/8 evening. Throughout that process, Navi could never tell me where the driver was and said they “couldn’t reach the driver”. This is a company that they so-called “vetted” as well. So overall, we expressed high concern throughout the process and would not use this company again.

Worst company ever.

Worst company ever.
They charged more than they quoted
and damaged my car while transferring and said they were not responsible, that i had to call the people who actually transported it (who they hired) and the people who transported it said the drivers left and they had new management and wouldn't do anything.

Do not use this company

I scheduled a vehicle transportation a few weeks ago was given a a date for a three day pick up window, it is days past my pick up window I have accepted a carrier many times and keep getting cancelled, a deposit was charged. They do not call back as they say they will do. In the meantime they keep saying they are working on it. I would not recommend this unprofessional and unreliable company.

Navi bait and switch!

On June 27 I had called Navi and spoke to a live agent who assisted me with a contract to ship a vehicle from Miami, Fl to Ridgeley, WV. Prior to entering into a contract I asked about some negative reviews concerning price changes and fees after making a contract to ship vehicle. Associate admitted to me that the company had past issues with pricing changes but those issues had been resolved. I then entered into a contract and agree to shipping the car for $1174 and even again asked if the price would change and associate stated that the price was firm, however, when AI bot called to confirm the pickup and delivery dates the price had changed to $1600. I refused to agree to the price and then spoke to another live associate and they noted the car was bumped to an enclosed trailer and said readjusted the price to $1174. Later the AI bot called and again wanted to confirm the pickup and delivery dates and also another price change. Again I refused to pay the change. Again I spoke to another live agent and they described they could not get a carrier for that price. Not my problem...At this point, I was getting nervous at allowing the car to sit at the dealers because of possible storage fees and wanted to get the car moved. I finally agreed to move the car for $1469 still well over the initial price! Consumers reading this and thinking that Navi is the actual transporter you are wrong! They are just pimps for the actual carrier. They misrepresent the true nature of honesty and I would not recomend them. Also the actual carrier selected was delayed in picking up the vehicle and delayed as well in delivering with little or no communication on their end, I had to initiate the communication. Over all experience was poor!

Not trustworthy/fails to abide by contracted price

For my 2013 Impala I was quoted $1400 from Portland to New Orleans, LA. I signed a contract three days before the pick up date. This contract was voided by Navi as the carrier backed out or was not available. The day before pickup I was contacted by an AI agent who said I was “all taken care of” and the new contracted price was $1750. I did not agree and asked to speak to customer service. After 30 min wait, I rep indicated this was not right, they would fix it (pricing) and give me a call first thing in the morning. No person called, but an AI agent called and repeated the same quote. I waited another 40 mins before explaining to another live person who said they would investigate and get back to me (this being the day the car was to ship and at 9AM). At 4PM, an AI agent contacted me relaying the same price. At this point I gave up and agreed as I was pressed for time. Needless to say, they did not show on the scheduled day. The contracted agent was great and made up time to arrive on the contracted date. However, you should factor in paying 20% more than the quoted price and dealing with AI agents with a series of stressful headaches throughout the experience. I will never use Navi again.

Would use again, but...

They were on time for pick up and delivery of my car. The price I was quoted is the price I paid. Actually, I paid $50 less than what was quoted, which was unexpected.

The only complaint I have is that I paid an extra $100 for a top level transport, but the truck delivering my vehicle only had one level.

When I called about this discrepancy, they said one level is the same as a top level transport, which didn't make sense to me.

But overall, I liked the service and would use them again, but I would make sure to get clarity on paying extra for a top level spot.

Negative Experience

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing from start to finish.

The biggest issue was the carrier that Navi assigned to transport my vehicle: Stingray Car Hauler LLC / Edwin Luxury Transportation LLC. Communication was consistently poor throughout the entire process—from scheduling pickup to final delivery.

My vehicle was picked up two days after the confirmed pickup date with little to no communication or proactive updates. It was nearly impossible to get anyone from the carrier on the phone. During transit, I attempted to contact the driver 48 hours and again 24 hours before the scheduled delivery to confirm the arrival time so I could make myself available. I received absolutely no response. Instead, I was sent a text 30 minutes before delivery at 7:00 AM saying the driver was about to arrive.

To make matters worse, despite providing clear drop-off instructions for a wide, easily accessible road directly in front of my apartment complex, the driver refused to deliver there and made me walk nearly a mile to retrieve my vehicle.

Unfortunately, Navi's customer service wasn't much better. Every time I called for assistance, most of the representatives I spoke with were unhelpful and, at times, came across as dismissive or uninterested in resolving the issue. In the end, I found myself having to coordinate and resolve most of the problems on my own.

The only bright spot was Garett (or Gareth), who was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. He was the only representative who took ownership of the situation and helped resolve an issue with Stingray over the phone. He deserves recognition for his excellent customer service.

Overall, this was a stressful and frustrating experience that could have been avoided with basic communication and professionalism. I will not be using Navi again, and if you decide to use them, I strongly recommend requesting that your vehicle not be assigned to Stingray Car Hauler LLC / Edwin Luxury Transportation LLC.

Bait and Switch

I, initially, went with this shipper because the price quoted was the lowest. However, when they arranged shipping, the price went up $235. Navi did not stand behind their quote. Find another shipping company.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Pretended to be a local service when they're just a middleman adding fees. I declined to use them and the AI assistant called me for over a week . 0/10 would never hire

Frustrated!!

Why do I keep getting calls confirming that a carrier has been located?

THEN I GET A CALL SAYING THERE IS NO CONFIRMATION

THEN THE PRICE GOES UP.

AND WHEN I CALL IT GOES IP EVEN MORE.

IF I DONT GET A CARRIER AT THE AGREED COST OF $650.00 TODAY I WILL FIND ANOTHER TRANSPORT COMPANY.

SINCERELY,
Greg T.

Very disappointing experience with this…

Very disappointing experience with this company. I booked my vehicle transport months in advance for a military PCS move, expecting clear communication, reliable coordination, and a smoother process. Unfortunately, this experience has created more stress during an already difficult relocation.

I was given an estimated pickup and delivery timeframe, but there was no clear confirmation that a carrier had actually been assigned. Instead of receiving accurate and proactive updates, I had to keep asking for basic information about whether my vehicle would actually be picked up on time.

As a military family relocating out of state, timing is extremely important. We had a strict hotel check-out deadline and needed the vehicle picked up before leaving the area. The lack of clear answers, confirmed carrier information, and dependable communication was extremely frustrating.

What makes it worse is being pushed toward paying an additional guaranteed pickup fee of around $1,000 after already placing the order months in advance. Customers should not feel pressured to pay extra just to receive reliable service, honest updates, and basic accountability.

At this point, I cannot recommend this company to other military families or anyone with a strict moving timeline. Communication, transparency, and accountability matter, especially when people are trusting a company with their vehicles during a major relocation.

They were very helpful in the beginning…

They were very helpful in the beginning when I first registered and applied for a driver to get my car from Oklahoma to Nevada. But then all communication fell off once I signed all of the documents. I did all of this a week before my delivery date. When it was a day before my delivery date I called to see if they had a driver scheduled for my job and of course they didn't give a straight answer. I then called again the day of my delivery date and they said they didn't have a driver. I then asked to cancel but they insisted to give them a chance and wait until 5pm to cancel. I paid the extra fee for the 24 hr pickup so I needed them to pickup the exact date.
At 3pm I received a call saying they had a driver and they will be in in 1 hour. Everything from that moment was simple and easy. I dropped my car off and he delivered my car the next day. I paid the amount that was agreed on and that was it. Everything went smoothly. My advice is to stay on top of them until your scheduled delivery date and everything will be fine.

Warranty.

It is very difficult to find a company that is reliable and sticks to the agreement. I have no complaints. The service was very fast and efficient. The price was exactly what was agreed upon.

I recommend it.

Es muy difícil encontrar una compañía que sea seria y cumpla con lo pactado. No me puedo quejar. El servicio fue muy rápido y eficiente. El precio fue lo acordado.

Lo recomiendo.
