I had a mummy make over with a hernia repair and muscle repair. I am a mum of 3 young children and Mr Jallali has completely changed my life. I never thought I would feel like myself again but I have a new lease of confidence now! The operation went perfectly, everything was very clean, very neat and all my questions were answered. The team in the operation room were all lovely and made me feel at ease, the nurses were lovely, the whole team were great! I had a few bad days in my recovery when I got home but that is to do with my body struggling with pain medication NOT the operation but Debbie was always on call, nothing was ever a problem, day or night. she was always checking in to make sure I was ok and Dr Jallali was also the other end of the phone given me guidance and reassurance. I am over the moon with how my scar looks and how neat everything is. I would highly recommend Dr Jallali and his team, he makes the impossible, possible!

Obviously nervous incase anything went wrong, I was more excited for the end results. The staff at the hospital were lovely during my one night stay. Procedure: breast implant removal (20 years) exchange, uplift and reshape/reduction.
I was nervous about this procedure as my breasts were very droopy due to pregnancy and age/reduced skin laxity. I wasn’t sure what could be done to improve the overall look and feel of my 41 year old breasts (with 20 year old implants!), and felt I was asking a lot of any surgeon willing to take them on!
I started by googling ‘best reconstructive surgeon in the UK’ and Mr Jallali came up on top; the reviews and testimonials were incredible, and Mr Jallali’s credentials are super impressive. I planned to meet with three surgeons before making a decision. However, after first meeting Mr Jallali, I immediately felt confident in going forward with him. Communication via the lovely Charlotte is super efficient and supportive, and the hospital staff on procedure day were amazing.
Mr Jallali came in to discuss my procedure before and after surgery and reassured me, latterly, that he was pleased with the results. I don’t know what I was expecting when I took my compression garment off a few days later, but perfect low profile C cups was not it! I still can’t believe how my droopy E cups were transformed into pert C cups - he is honestly a magician! Pain was minimal and I was back to work after 11 days. Nipple sensation returned almost immediately, and my breast tissue is soft and natural-looking. Scarring is also minimal and continues to fade. Nine months on and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Mr Jallali is simply the best surgeon in the UK. Be reassured that you will be in the best hands for any procedure you’re planning.

The decision to undergo a major cosmetic procedure is not one to take lightly. The risks in terms of poor aesthetic outcome or injury, up to and including death, are real. I would highly recommend Mr Jallali for any breast reconstruction surgery. Following multiple consultations with other surgeons, I came across Mr Jallali’s practice. As soon as I met him I felt completely comfortable and he is extremely knowledgeable which put me at complete ease. I had waterfall deformity in both breasts following a breast augmentation 9 years previous.

Mr Jallali recommended a two stage procedure, the first of which was explantation and a breast uplift which I had carried out in April 2023.
