I have been using Nayax for over 4 years, and I have always been happy with the service Nayax provides. Any issues I have had have been taken care of by their support team in a timely and swift manner.
Anyone getting into the unattended retail market should highly consider Nayax.

I’ve had multiple issues with Nayax cashless payment readers failing across my vending machines. Each time I call for support, I get a completely different set of instructions from a different rep. No one seems to review the previous troubleshooting steps, so I’m forced to start from scratch, again and again.
They’ve had me travel between machines, removing working readers from one machine to test on another, which means pulling more machines out of service and losing more income. I’ve been told to send countless pictures of the same equipment from different angles, and after doing everything they ask, they tell me a supervisor will review the case and I’ll get a decision via email. That email never comes.
When I follow up, I’m asked to repeat the whole process again, send new photos, try new steps, speak to someone new, and get more promises that a supervisor will call me. No one ever does.
The lack of accountability, consistency, and follow-through is unacceptable. It’s a complete waste of time and money for a business owner trying to keep machines operational. This has easily been one of the worst support experiences I’ve dealt with in any industry.

I think two stars is being kind. We have had the Nova Market POS since February. Since that time we have discovered that tge Nova Market POS can't do a lot of the things we were told it would/ could do. We are constantly having issues requiring us to reboot the machine. We can only reach technical support during the hours of 9 am to 5 pm Eastern time. Then yesterday our system went down. We contacted Nayax and quite a while later a tech called us. First he seemed like he didn't know what he was doing. Then he kept getting short and snappy with me because I didn't understand what he was wanting me to do. Finally 5 pm Eastwrn time came and there was suddenly a world wide problem with the Sim card and nothing else he can do. He logged us out of our system so we have no way to even see if the problem got resolved. So on the busiest day of the week for us, we are sitting here with no way the sell our product. I gave them two stars instead of one because the concept is innovative, the follow through is where the problem lies. If we are to be guinea pigs with the system, how about assigning someone that knows the system to assist us?

I’m not talking about the products, I’m giving one star for the customer service. Customer service line is forever busy. Nobody called back since I put my phone number in their automated system 48 hours ago. I tried to leave messages on their FB page but was censored by the admin because I had complaints. Every time the only person I can find to talk with is from their sales team. I’m taking over a business and need someone help me to transfer the account. The original owner agrees to authorize the transfer. But the problem is I can’t find anyone from Nayax to help with account transfer. Their whole system setup expects the customers to solve all the problems themselves by using their so called “Nayax U” - yeah you’ll have to spend hours and hours scrolling from the very confusing entries to find an answer for a simple question. I consider myself a good learner. However, even with a master’s degree and have a A in statistics, I still find this is very confusing and frustrating. Nothing about Nayax system is intuitive and user-friendly. Do customers all need a IQ over 100 to use your products? Do customers have to spend equal amount of time for a two year masters program just to learn how to use a product? That’s ridiculous. I’ve been using Nayax card readers for a couple of years. Because of all the hassles dealing with their customer service, I’ve lost thousands of dollars during the time waiting for an answer from Nayax. I won’t recommend their products to anyone who runs a small business. Nayax doesn’t care about their customers. Period.

I bought a used vending machine with a Nayax card reader. I needed to have the card reader transferred from the original owner to my name. I was unable to locate the original owner for 10 days and Nayax told me the only solution was to buy a new card reader. I bit the bullet and purchased a whole new reader. Well, 2 days after that, the original owner finally responded and authorized the change into my account. Nayax has not even shipped my new reader yet and won’t let me cancel my order. They say that my purchase is non-refundable. I am extremely disappointed that this is how they do business and it does not sit right with me. I have 10 locations that I have been contracted to put vending machines in, and I will not be using Nayax. Terrible customer service and ethics.

Only purchased my card readers today and already had enough of their awful website and sign up process. Links don’t work, buttons don’t work and customer service never respond. Stay far away because you’ll be wasting your money

Every step of the way all the way through the introduction to signing the declaration 📜 has been a wonderful and one of my best learning processes I have had. The onboarding department was clear 👌🏽 with communication 👏🏽 whether over the phone or through email. They were precise and knowledgeable. As an IS integrator, I can honestly say that the customer success and techical support is simply incredible. Always helpful and they tend to go above in beyond when addressing business needs and technical limitations. As someone who is working with lots of software companies, this is a breath of fresh air.

ABSOLUTE RIP OFF they charge a fee per machine monthly (vending machines) which is ridiculous. Using software should be a flat monthly fee not per machine you guys are just greedy. and on top of that they charge 6% of every cc sale. that turns into minimum 12% (when you account for cost of goods) and closer to 15% on items where you dont have a 100% mark up. Absolutely bs. There are plenty of other providers out there that dont charge even close to these fees. also the machine cost close to $600 just to buy.

This company is terrible. Do not buy from them. I spent $350 for the box and then I have $200 for technicians trying to install the box over the last 2 weeks. ($550 total). 1 technician runs an arcade with 100 machines, and the second technician fixed pin-ball machines for a living. After talking with the Nyax support several times, their answer was basically the wiring was bad (all they did was restart it several times and didn't do anything with the settings. It's been 2 weeks, I'm out $550 dollars, and probably $100 more because no one is able to use the credit card set up. The obvious is the CC reader is defective, however, they never offered to send a ne one, just stated they'd restart the current one or the wiring was hooked up incorrectly (again, I paid 2 professional technicians to hook it up). I would like Nyax to send someone out; send me a new reader; or just give me my money back (including my technician fees). DRM MANAGEMENT CHI LLC

I have been using Nayax across 2 different car wash locations for a couple years now and everytime I implement the device on a new machine its making operating my business that much easier and seamless. I now have VPOS Touch devices on my car wash bays, vacuums, token machine, and vending machines.
I love the app management. I remotely activate my car wash for customers all the time or vend some tokens as a gift of appreciation and to keep them coming back. I thought the device was loaded with features and then I put them on my vending machines and now I have a full inventory managment system and analytics. Im looking forward to see what Nayax comes out with next.

We have been trying to set up our charging lockers for 4 months now and have been unsucessful. The technical support and nayex spain is extremley difficult to get in touch with and we are unable to get the machines working. US, UK all happy to try and help but as we are in Spain they care struggling as require Spain, Contact number spain never answer. Since posting this Nayax Spain have been on this and done everything which was asked which is why I have changed the review from 1 star to 3. If this had been done in the first place it would of been a 5.

Nayax has changed my business for the better! As a vending and amusement machine operator, Nayax has provided my customers with a cashless option for interacting with my machines, which in turn has taken machines doing $60 per month in sales to over $600 per month. A complete game changer! I also love all of the monitoring options Nayax provides including inventory management, cashbox management, and even monitoring to ensure that all of my machines are powered on an working. I've been using Nayax credit card readers on my vending machines for years, and I couldn't be happier with their performance.
