Extremely Unprofessional customer service. Clothes are very different to advertised

Item of clothing was very different to what was advertised. It looked cheaply made and the colour was COMPLETELY different to what I had expected. Funnily enough, the staff member actually admitted that the colour was off. I have all of the chats saved.

The staff are extremely UNprofessional when you try and speak to them, especially when you leave them a poor review. They kept referring to me as “hun”, which I thought was very passive aggressive and completely unprofessional.

The process of getting a refund is very long and not clear at all on their website. The staff member claimed they didn’t receive my item back and when I shared proof of postage, they said oh yes we have got it. Then the same staff member had “forgot to issue my refund” even after saying they had issued it, so I had to chase up my refund, which was eventually refunded. I am very appalled by their lack of professionalism and approach to receiving poor feedback. I do believe that they only issued me a refund as I told them if I don’t get my refund that I will dispute it with my bank.

These people clearly do not know what it takes to actually run a business.

Rude, scammers and selling replicas

Ordered 2 outfits before Eid. One was not at all like the picture. Other one was ok as it wasnt a well known brand. But the one which was completely different(except for the print of the fabric) was a very well known designer. I called the number on the website, spoke with a male and he gave me excuses at first but then agreed to exchange it. He said I should contact his wife on whattsapp, on the other number. He also said they have 7 days exchange policy.
His wife wrote that we should wait till after Eid. I posted the outfit, at my expense, right after the weekend and then waited for them to reach me once it was recieved.
NONE of them bothered to contact me, after recieveing the item.
I started writing and asking and they finally said, after few days, yes it has been recieved.
Then I had to ask them when they will send the replacement. They stopped responding properly. Infact, started to ignore the messages for hours and days.
The wife wrote that her kids have the phone blah blah...this is a business phone which your kids are using? Haha
So basically after wasting more than a week..I start getting messages from both numbers that a relative has past away abroad. I understood the situation and didnt bother them for 2 days. Then again same drama started of chasing them. The wife actually blamed me for not believing about the death..anyways..then she blocked me(awesome customer services).
I also asked for a refund instead, which she sent me a lame proof of. I asked for my shipping cost, for both ways. She refused rudely. (This was all via texting on whattsapp)
Her husband was writing to me separately acting naive and unaware of how his wife has been replying.
So after she blocked me on one number..I wrote to her husband and he said he will refund rhe shipping charges...but again a whole day had past and no reply and no refund yet. I have ALL the chat saved. Each and every word of this review is true.

Replica not original as stated on website

I am giving one stars as the outfit i received is not exactly as shown in picture.

The embellishments on the back are totally different to the picture very cheap looking gold bell type and not as shown on the website.
The back embroidery is not the as in the picture.
I brought this outfit thinking it was original but turned out to be a replica which is not mentioned on the website.
I emailed customer service but no reply,
I am really disappointed with my purchase, their customer service and would not recommend to shop with them.
I also found that the outfit is damaged I called on the number on the website and was told to contact on the other number which I did.
I messaged on WhatsApp to let them know the outfit is damaged and I got really rude replies and I was accused of causing the damage.
I asked for a return postage as the outfit was damaged they said they don't send postage labels and I have to pay for return postage which I did and tracked the return which was received and signed for.
I messaged and ask for refund which they refused and accused me of causing the damage.
I qouted the consumer act 2015 and they said i should have read the terms and conditions on their website, as they have their own terms and conditions.
I am not sure how they can have their own terms and conditions which do not follow the UK regulations.
They refused to refund the money I paid for the outfits and the postage cost , when I said I will contact trading Standard they said they will report me to trading standards and put my details on social media as they have all my details which breaches the data protection laws.
Keep away from this company they take your money and the good are not fit for purpose.
