I recently purchased abayas from this shop, I had been wanting some and the sister I was conversing with was absolutely amazing. She saved my abayas and as I wasn’t able to drive into Birmingham, she even posted them out to me as I wanted them so much, despite having an in store policy. She was nothing short of amazing. May Allah bless her and her business. The abayas were posted out the next day, I had them within 2 days of purchase and they were nothing short of perfect. Thank you so much.

I went in just for a quick mooch and walked away with a bunch of different jersey and linen feel hijaabs. I actually wanted to buy so much more but need to go with more time. This is exactly what we need North Birmingham sides. Staff are friendly and the owner Naz will go out of his way to look after you. My freind and I will be returning real soon. InshaAllah

Well what can I say? as you walk into the shop the fragrance alone hits you differently,such a wonderful smell. Naztex has got so much different abaya's which makes it so hard to choose because they all look so beautiful and elegant. There's alot of verity and different designs to pick from. The pieces are very affordable 👌🏾which makes it soo amazing,also the staff have alot of manners great customer service.i would highly recommend this shop to everyone.The owner is very polite, he helps alot and tells you if there is new stock. There are many hijabs to pick from, this makes life easier because I don't have to go to any other shop.Every thing is in that one shop Al hamdulillah. 😃 Its been 2 years since I first came here and I have no regrets. Also the shop is on tiktok so you can see what's in stock and if you have any question you can message on tiktok and he will reply straight away⚡️⚡️. I'll say this one last time I can't get over the fragrance🌺. All I can say is Al hamdulillah.🤲🏾

Naztex has got so much different Abaya's that your spoilt for choices because they all look so beautiful and elegant. All i know that i have brought so many Abaya's because Naztex is one of the best shop in Birmingham as the prices are affordable 👌. U won't regret it at all because the Abayas material is fantastic and most of all Naz customer service is one of a kind. He will make u feel very welcome and make your shopping trip worth it. My Sincere Review: Having received a recommendation, we decided to venture from Coventry to discover this hidden gem of an Abaya shop located on Lozells Road in Birmingham.

Parking proved a bit challenging, but we managed to secure a spot just outside. The shop had a market-style clearance section with Abayas displayed outside, and no window display was present. Upon entering the establishment, we were greeted by the most exquisite fragrance of Oud.

Inside, there was an extensive range of Abayas, kaftans, and loose fabrics. The service was outstanding—both friendly and welcoming. Prices were incredibly reasonable, especially when compared to other stores we have visited.

In summary, it was a delightful experience, and I would gladly recommend this shop. However, I believe they could benefit from a larger premises.

Nonetheless, well done and highest praise to you all—Mashallah, it is a wonderful store!

Located near city centre in Birmingham, this hands down is a shop that not only supports its customers with great customer service but also quality designed products. Living out the city it’s always a great experience coming down as me and my family have been for years to always view and shop at Naztex. Great store as the aesthetics suit very well and it has a range of modest muslimah designs of fabrics and abayahs. And it is located next to a chai place so anyone who wants to shop and have some tea after browsing without having to travel far this is a great place to come.

Do NOT visit Naztex I had the worst experience shopping here. I was trying an abaya on and a man opened the door even though he was told not to I felt so degraded as a muslimah who covers herself, The customer service was very bad.The staff was rude and unhelpful, more interested in chatting among themselves than assisting me. They acted like answering my questions about sizes and styles was a huge inconvenience. will never ever visit here again stay away ‼️

After visiting Chai Box decided to pop into Naztex along with the Mrs friendly staff warm welcome clean presentable store with a wide range of fabrics and Islamic attire, overall a satisfying visit.

Upon a recommendation from friends, we decided to visit this establishment from Nuneaton. While the parking was somewhat limited, the shop itself was well-presented, with all prices clearly displayed. The staff provided excellent service, and I purchased several batwing abayas priced at £15 each, which were good value. Good work guys keep it up! Alhamdulillah

We visited Naztex after coming across some enticing offers on TikTok. The shop was beautifully fragrant, well-presented, and impeccably clean, with an organised layout. We received excellent service from the friendly sisters and found some great deals on abayas. The only drawback was the parking, which was a bit of a challenge. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
