I ordered two dresses with next day…

I ordered two dresses with next day delivery on Friday, before 2pm as stipulated on the website, and it's now Monday and they still haven't arrived (and i needed them for saturday night). Paying nearly £10 for delivery and since found out through over reviews that I then need to pay to return them is crazy - it goes without saying that I won't be ordering from Nazz again, I'm hoping the dresses arrive soon so that I can send them straight back and get my money back.

Please Nazz customer service don't reply saying it states in your Ts&Cs that all of these loop holes are covered - it's just bad customer service.

Dear customer,

As confirmed in our email to you earlier today there was a Royal Mail strike that took place on Friday 30th September and Saturday 1st October meaning anything ordered during these dates will be dispatched today and arriving tomorrow.

An email was sent out earlier this week to our subscribers confirming that this would be the case and so to order ahead if items would be needed this weekend as unfortunately the situation with Royal Mail is out of our control.

Thank you for your feedback - we will definitely leave information in the header in future to avoid this happening again.

As noted on our delivery page "We aim to process and dispatch all orders placed before 2.30pm Monday to Friday" this means any orders placed after 2.30pm will be dispatched on the next working day, as you ordered on a Friday evening this was dispatched on Monday and should have arrived on Tuesday. Very Disappointed

Poor quality, the dress I ordered looked nothing like the image on the website and it cost me over £8 in delivery and return charges…the dress was only £10 in the sale!!

I was unable to fit my arms into the sleeves of the dress even though my arms are not big.

Absolutely an amazing dress

Absolutely amazing. Very fast delivery. Would definitely recommend buying from here. Had so many great comments about my dress. True size, don't size up. Material if stretchy.

Return is to difficult

The Dresses are beautiful but it‘s very difficult to return things because there is no return label and you have to pay the shipping what is realy expensive from Germany.
If I had know that it is that hard to return things, i wouldn‘t have orderd something.

Fast delivery

Fast delivery, other than that I am sorry for not having anything else positive to say. The customer service is crap, even though I've left numerous messages no one responds, no one answers the phone or even reply to any messages no communication whatsoever, I've never experience this before, I've sent a returns and I need money but nobody cares, been trying to contact them for days.. sad 🤔

Scammers

Scammers. They didn't even bother to send the dress we ordered. It has been 4 months already and they do not reply.
Never order from this website.
