Unreliable Service and Poor Communication
My recent experience with NBE has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. After being contacted by NBE to switch energy suppliers, I was reassured that they would handle the cancellation of my existing contract within the 14-day cooling-off period, ensuring no termination fees would apply. However, NBE didn't cancel my contract, resulting in me being charged 200 euros by my initial supplier due to their oversight.
In an attempt to rectify the situation, I reached out to NBE, emphasizing the urgency of the matter and requesting prompt assistance. Unfortunately, NBE never acknowledged or responded.
The lack of accountability and communication from NBE is unacceptable, leaving me financially burdened due to their negligence. I strongly advise against accepting any offers from NBE, as their unreliable service and poor communication make them an unreliable choice for energy services.
