Turned out that my trustpilot comment was the first time the customer service had heard of the problem, and that they had not received my initial message. The issue was then solved quickly and unbureaucratically — all good now.
(I ordered a personalized shirt for my grand-nice, going by the size guidance/table on the store to choose the right size (S/4 which was said to be for kids of 110-120cm height) Turned out, though, that the delivered shirt was size S/4 alright, but labeled as 100-110cm, hence too small. After contacting the store via the form about this problem I never got a response …)
