Withdrawl suspended for no reason

Only spami g mail without answering to an issue stole my data and dissappear!!!

Erry bad experence !! Just horrible !! Typical Norwegian exchange where no peapules working !! Deposits takeing weeks !! Veifying idetity same !!! Seems like group of scammers stealing data !! Been 24h simce i cant acces my money !!! Who is covering the loses ??? U call your self exchange !!???

They declined my onboarding. My verification was stuck in Pending, so I wrote them an email asking about it. After some back-and-forth emails and over 10 days of waiting, they responded with:

"After carefully reviewing the application, we have taken an internal decision to decline your onboarding. Unfortunately, there is no additional information we can provide regarding the decision."

I can't recommend this website. I signed up with them because of the refferal program. After i did everything that they required they refused to pay me my money because they 'terminated the program in my country '. It's very dishonest cause when i signed up, the program was still going on. On the top of that they lost my deposit. Their customer service is non-existent and website is slow and full of bugs. Avoid at all cost! There are much better, safer , more professional and honest exchanges out there.

My Sol withdraw is just pending. On all other exchanges its instant. Stay away from this scamsite. Dont recommend to Anyone. Probably just buying reviews

The whole point of NBX is to facilitate the trading of digital assets. Unfortunately, they make it almost impossible to do this.

My account has been restricted from trading – no buys/sells allowed – as they are ‘…currently verifying your identity’. This has been going on for months, preventing me from adding to, or withdrawing from, my account.

I have contacted the company several times and on the few occasions that they have replied – this is wholly random, with a seemingly farcical approach to KPIs – they are evasive and fail to outline how long this verification process will take, or what they need to complete it.

Normally I would be supportive of innovative companies such as NBX as Norway lags behind Europe in terms of financial innovation and customer choice, yet NBX’s woeful customer support and failure to do what they actually exist to do – allow customers to buy and sell assets – makes it impossible to recommend them in any capacity.

Be warned. If you buy assets on their platform, you may be locked out from trading with no explanation as to why, for an indefinite period of time. Use a better provider such as Coinbase/Kraken.

Very bad. Services like this should be illegal.

I’ve been treated by NBX like a barking dog—ignored, dismissed, and completely disrespected. I submitted a simple crypto withdrawal (ETH to my own Binance account), fully verified my identity, and even provided screenshots clearly showing the destination wallet address and that it belongs to my Binance account.

Despite all of this, NBX canceled my withdrawal twice, with no proper explanation. They came up with nonsense excuses like “staff shortages” and “public holidays” (when there were no actual holidays), and now they’ve gone totally silent—no replies in live chat, no answers to my emails, nothing.

They asked for additional checks for "my safety," I complied with every step, and yet they still refuse to let me withdraw my funds. It has been over a week, and I feel like I’ve been forced to beg for access to my own crypto.

Meanwhile, I’ve lost money due to the price change, and they take no responsibility for the delays they caused. If you're thinking of using NBX—don’t. Their customer support is non-existent, their internal systems are disorganized, and the entire experience has made me lose trust in this platform.

A trusted, liable and approved exchange that is extremely secure. I was skeptical at first to be honest, as I have been about exchanges (even considered peer 2 peer options), but NBX is the real deal.

Amazing customer service that gives their utmost, promptly. I had some issues with things, but customer service gave me both screenshots of what to do, and how to proceed. I recommend this above firi. One thing that I kind of think is a slight negative is the long duration of the KYC process. But that is only initially. Once that's set, you're good.

i am very mad, I deposit low amount to do my business, which is my personal and I dont want to share, They now even asked me why and digged into my personal stuff but as well they put restirction on my account for no actuar reason, THEY ARE SLOW, VERY SLOW, I deposited funds on Monday Via my Revolut card as I did not trusted them but they did not allowed me to withdraw my own money in the same way, they asked me to connect my Norwegian Bank, and share my Banking details for no reason. I am so unhappy with them that I want my account and my information with them TERMINATED. Lowest Rate to them -9999999, THEY ARE VERY BAD AND SLOW

It may not be the smoothest registration and KYC process at this moment in time, but it is the most attractive plattform out there with an incentive that gives 150 NOK to those that refer others. Additionally those that are referred get 50 NOK (enough to cover the fees to invest). Once you are registered it is a smooth and totally free process through Neonomics to add funds from your bank. Finally, to the best - their VISA credit card with 1% to 4% casback (depending on your activity). Who knows what this cashback will be worth in 30 years. Most bonus programs out there (like SAS) reduces in value and inflates over time, this is the opposite of that. In summary, a unique product that may be ahead of time, best to be early ;)

A crypto exchange with no support for phishing resistant MFA (passkeys / WebAuthn / FIDO2) can't get more than three stars. Other than that I don't really have any complaints.

I have write them email and I am waiting them to call me but they never did.

I tried many times to with withdraw my funds with their "help". Now they put a freeze on my account and said I have to put a $3k deposit in to get my funds because of an abnormality in my i.p address. Does anyone have any idea how to get legal advice on this? Thanks...

I am very disappointed in the services. I have tried to transfer a small amount of Bitcoin from my NBX wallet to my Ledger, and they have blocked my transaction. I have not received a reason why, and their support is not responding. On top of everything, there is no number to reach them on. This is unacceptable.
