Unable to withdraw my cryptocurrencies

I have had a terrible experience with NC Wallet. I have tried to withdraw three different cryptocurrencies, but none of the withdrawals worked. I have already opened 3–4 support tickets, but my problem is still unresolved.

Their support team keeps telling me that my transactions are pending because of blockchain congestion and that I should wait. However, I know how cryptocurrency transactions work, and I find it hard to believe that three different cryptocurrencies are all experiencing the same issue at the same time.

What makes this experience even worse is that I have already paid network fees and wasted money trying to withdraw my own funds, yet I still cannot access them.

Instead of investigating the actual problem, support keeps sending generic responses and asking me to wait. I need a clear explanation of what is happening and a way to withdraw my money.

If you are considering using NC Wallet, be careful. Being unable to withdraw your funds and receiving no concrete solution from support is extremely frustrating.
