Defective products and no customer service
The service I pay for has been defective for months and customer service has been absent despite multiple attempts to reach them.
Prices have recently been increased without notice.
The service was good years ago but it seems they gave up and are just collecting cash while ignoring their customer base

Great
Nc1.eu has 1000s of happy customers, who have their servers for years(!) with no issue. Know many of them. A few people who manage to destroy their config or just have a bad connection will post here and rant about the service. How fair is that? Keep up the good work, nc1.eu!

supposedly offers tons of tools to help with pretty much everything, only problem is theyre all broken and only removes access to the features at all by overriding any changes u make constantly.. support wont answer, just a ripoff

Worst server host. NOT easy to use server host, NOT fast reply from support, NOT good for mods. Stay away, and save your money for another server host.

Go look somewhere else these guys are a joke
Veeery bad hosting company. do not open server here. there is a control panel that is only accessible half of the times you visit it, server crashes regularly without apparent reason, they got a "Live support system" that is always offline, you write a ticket they answer 1 week later. I do not recommend this company to anyone. People only want to see your money coming in and then don't give a frick about the customers....
