Cannot fault NCF Northampton, had been unsure for ages about what sort of sofa I wanted, and how it would fit. By chance I was passing and popped in. Dave was so helpful, straight away ,and I didn't feel he was pushy he was knowledgeable and genuinely seemed to care that the choice I was making was right for me !

Fantastic experience at the Northampton branch today! David struck the perfect balance between being knowledgeable and helpful and giving us the space and time to browse. This resulted in us making a purchase that we are very happy with.

We went in to the northampton shop for a browse and a bit unsure of what we wanted, Dave helped us out and we left feeling so pleased with our purchase. He was very knowledgeable, wasn't pushy at all, he gave us the information and was very patient working me through my options, ultimately he made me feel listened to and helped weigh up what was right for us.
