Good service from Sean in uddingston when buying our new couch. Not overbearing which was a change from other stores

Susan was very helpful in helping us choose our table and chairs.
She gave us plenty of time to decide on our purchase.

Susan helped us in store she was a brilliant help for us especially when we didn’t no too much of what we were looking for so she made it very easy!

ordered a dining table from NCF Living on 15/09/2025. In store, we were advised to pay an extra £79 delivery fee which included delivery, assembly of the table, and removal of all packaging. We were also clearly assured that the table would be delivered before Christmas, with staff even stating end of November.
After placing the order, I heard absolutely nothing. I had to make four separate trips to the store between November and January just to chase this up. Each time, the staff were unhelpful and eventually told me there was nothing they could do in store. Customer service was also extremely difficult to contact, as the phone line only operates at limited times during the day.
When we returned to the store again last week, the manager advised us to email regarding compensation for the prolonged delay, which I did immediately. The table was then delivered a week later. Unfortunately, the service issues continued — there were small stitching faults on the chairs, and despite paying extra for rubbish removal, our flat landing was left covered in polystyrene.
To make matters worse, one hour after the table was delivered, I received an email stating that we would not receive any compensation because the table had already been delivered — despite the fact that we had raised the compensation request weeks earlier, following advice from the store manager.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience with poor communication, broken promises, and a complete lack of accountability. I would not recommend NCF Living based on this experience.

Bought our new dining table from Sean in uddingston at the weekend. Quick speedy service and great value.

Visited the Uddingston Store on Saturday after being dissapointed with SCS next door, spoke to Liam who was very knowlegeable of the reclining 2 seater sofar.
Left with details of their 5 year warranty.
Went back in on the Sunday after SCS failed to honour their online misleading price. Spoke to Shaun who like Liam was very professional and decied to purchase their 2 seater sofar.

Susan was really great, super friendly and helpful. Assisted us in securing our table with no hassle. Really pleasant experience and would highly recommend.

I saw the sofas I eventually purchased the minute I went in the door. I was met with a smiling salesman by the name of Bradley. He was incredibly polite and keen to assist. He showed me around the showroom and directed me to a few options similar to the sofas I liked. We returned to the sofas I liked and agreed a suitable deal and timescale for delivery.

Susan was very pleasant and knowledgeable . She left my wife and i to choose our purchase without any interference or pressure , and answered our questions professionally when asked .
