We visited the shop in uddingston and Sean introduced himself to us. He gave use some information then left us to look. We had seen the Osaka online and wanted see it in store. The sofa is great value for money. Sean then showed us some finance options and processed our order. The sofa arrived on time and looks great in our house. We will be back for more.

Very frustrating… very poor service…
Very frustrating… very poor service from NCF. Ordered our table months ago.
Had one text message from them saying it will be late. But was told at the time of order that they had it in stock and will be sent with in 7-10 days.
Also why advertise a telephone number that you do not use.
Would not recommend this company

Buying a settee at Uddingston ncf Living
Bradley at Uddingston ncf Living was very polite, helpful and informative.
ncf Living's prices seem to be very competitive and in the case of the settee my wife and I are buying use modern technology that adds tremendously to relaxing on a settee.

Excellent Customer Service and Good Value Products
We had a great experience today with top customer service from Liam in Uddingston. Liam had great knowledge on the products and was an to answer all our questions. He had the ability to make us feel really well looked after and never rushed or pressured. Liam also helped me out with some of the paperwork as I have a visual impairment. He definitely is someone who goes the extra mile.
