Gathering Information is one thing. Developing skills is the important Part. And NCI is focusing on that. Enable people to develop skills. And the NCI-System based on the Knowledge of Chase Hughes is for me an outstanding opportunity. I‘m educating myself for decades and Chase created such a merhod with explains the way the human brain works in such a structurized way that you say: „That makes totally sense! This was my trigger to join NCI. And all expectations are exceeded. Great Learnings!

I've been reading Chases books and looking at his stuff on YouTube and it's all amazing. The upgrade in the course from picking through podcasts and shorts is that this is more digestible and systematized for practical use. NCI-1 was amazing and I'm excited to dig into NCI-2 3, Grad School and whatever else comes out here.

Im in nci2 but it changed my life already. So many times i just have these ahaa moments watching the course or in conversations with people. And i have so much to learn but it feels so good especially that im young but these skills are based on timeless ancient scriptures and deep human psychology. So i truly recommend anyone to join if you want to see all the hidden intentions and desires that people have and much more.

At the age of 47, having led in C level positions in business, I thought I had seen it all from NLP to hostage negotiation applied in corporate negotiation. However this is another level and completely blew my mind.

NCI has truly changed how I see and navigate in the world for the better.

I joined NCI-1 after watching a few YouTube interviews of Chase with some influencers I follow. I honestly thought I'd pick up a few "tips & tricks" to help me professionally. That is most definitely not what this is!

Within a week I felt the shift. Not just a new skill, a whole new way of seeing people. NCI-1 is helping me to see the reasons behind another person's action instead of focusing on the words. That one shift alone, reasons over words, has changed how I show up personally, professionally, and even spiritually.

Professionally, I work with law enforcement to better identify children exposed to violence and effective youth engagement. I also support agencies serving victims of human trafficking. NCI-1 gave me real language and frameworks to help those I serve, focusing on compassion and empathy first, not just information gathering. It is all about actually seeing the person in front of you.

I already enrolled in the entire University, NCI-1, NCI-2, and NCI-3, because it became clear pretty fast that this isn't something you just complete. It's something you keep building on.

I'm thrilled to be a part of this community and excited for my evolution!

NCI has been more than I could have ever imagined. I got in to learn behavior skills and to better understand myself and others to promote growth and connection. Chase along with the other instructors continue to surpass my expectations and create a tight knit community where they truly embody “we rise by lifting others.” I’d recommend this bunch to anyone looking to master skills that really matter and find a community where no matter where you’re from or who you are, you’re accepted without judgement and genuinely cared about

This is just my first course with NCI and I know I will carry on into the curriculum. It came at the perfect time for me and it's shown me areas I need to work on within myself to get more into alignment and allowed for much forgiveness and acceptance of my own and others behaviour.
I got it during the sale so was great value for money and although there was a minor issue with access to course content in the platform (the ones I can access kept changing, it didn't effect the main NCI 1 curriculum, just NCI access & skills building). Plus once I'd completed the 2 exams which took around 2 weeks, I am now enjoying and learning a lot going through the extra info and recorded calls included in the level 1 course package.

Nci has been an insurmountable impact on my life. The confidence acquired alone was a boon to me. The community, nothing but support and love. The change in perspectives when seeing people creates a level of compassion that the world needs right now. Highly recommend!

This is something you never see anywhere. I am from a psychology background and I still see a lot in these FRAMEWORK to understand people , I mean in a proper structure. Even there are many other frameworks out there , here it’s more like ready to the field style. Once you start seeing it, these tools will be with you forever. You just need to polish it. I personally applied these professionally and personally, and took the feedback to confirming the precision as well.
You will see the live drilling of human behavior into its core by Chase. I would say Chase is an ALIEN. (Believe me guys once you start learning from him.. you will put a thumbs up here for sure)

It's difficult to put into words how being a student of NCI has changed me. I thought I was joining to learn skills and techniques but NCI is so much more. Ive been on many learning adventures and although those courses were great at teaching me what to do, NCI changes who you become. If you're considering learning from NCI, just do it.

From the quality of the training, the depth of empathy, community involvement for chatting about questions or new experiences, the immediate help of the Moderators, the constant help to understand clearly from coaches and staff; have all been a major factor in pushing myself harder to improve for understanding and blessing others!

NCI has been one of the best things I have ever done for myself. The course is so unique and has helped me to change my perspective on self and others in a profound way.

I am learning so much about human behaviors and why we do and say the things we do. It is helping me to begin to see the world, self, and those around me differently, through a healthier more compassionate lens.

It has opened me up to new ideas and things I never would have considered alone. Patterns begin to emerge, and with that comes understanding and empathy.

I can honestly say that it has been more valuable in understanding human behaviors and language than my graduate degree. They offer coaching sessions which I have participated in to get a better grasp on the material and live sessions with replays. They stress the importance of using this to create understanding which I love.

This course is priceless. So much gratitude to Chase, Chris, Michael, and Merlin.

A lot of online courses give you a certificate and that's the end of it. NCI offers structured programs like NCI 1 and NCI 2, but what impressed me most was the massive amount of additional learning content included at no extra cost.

I've studied many of these topics from other sources, but NCI brings everything together in a logical, practical way that's easy to understand and apply. NCI 1 is really just the beginning.

Since enrolling, I've picked up the Behavior Ops Manual audiobook and quickly realized I needed the hard copy too. I've already applied what I've learned to both my professional and personal life—from everyday conversations to speeches and presentations.

One of the most valuable lessons for me was learning how Chase analyzed Obama's speeches to understand what made them so impactful. I've used those principles, along with AI, to improve my own presentations and persuasive communication.

I'm hooked. NCI has delivered far more value than I expected, and I highly recommend it.

This helps me understand how to customize the instructions I am required to give in a way that helps me respect and be empathetic to people while still coaching to the business need.

Chase and the team have an incredible amount of information and experience and it shows, deep concepts presented simply, and a sense of compassion in every lesson.

Thank you NCI team, it was/is a great journey with you guys. I'm looking forward to learn more and make my knowledge useful in my work as a business behavior profiler. It's fairly new in my country (Hungary) and I hope I can continue my development with you guys.
