The booking process was easy and we were contacted a few days before the party to make sure all details were still correct. On the day we were updated by text when the driver was on route and when they were running 15 minutes late to pick up, I got a text and phone call to make sure I knew. The hire included some extra equipment because we were in a hall, which I had forgotten, so that was a nice surprise. The set up and removal were quick and very professionally done. I fully recommend this company.

I’m grateful that ncinflatables brought a bigger bouncy castle and soft play than I had ordered and the kids were so happy, they had lot of fun in the soft play and bouncy castle, however the soft play and elephant slide could have been wiped clean before delivery.

Faultless service from start to finish. Easy booking service, our inflatables arrived ahead in plenty of time, quickly assembled and at the end of the event taken down with no issues. The inflatables themselves were great and the whole package was more than reasonable for the price.

Brilliant service from Ncinflatables for my daughters birthday party! We received updates so I knew my hire was on its way, and the gentleman that did the delivery and set up was super helpful, quick and efficient.
