I had contacted NCrypted to work on a half-built website, which is a B2B Marketplace platform. I had a bad experience working with another vendor and hence I was skeptical about outsourcing. But NCrypted not only did amazing job in completing the website development, but also helped in defining correct Marketing strategies to attract the initial users and gain traction.

From me, it is a 5 on 5. I would continue working with them.

Paid for a service i did not receive, no reply on email or phone, shocking service

They stole over $15,000 dollars and never delivered a workable product. Purvi ignores please for help, their products are terrible and their communication even worse. I will be entering litigation in INDIA for their fraud and theft. So sad I ever trusted them.

I researched discussed my project with several companies and decided to go with Ncrypted Solutions. Kunal and Purvi helped in the initial conversations, I appreciated their perspectives and business sense and based my decision on those interactions.

Our project manager is Mr. Mayur Maheriya a Sr. Proj. Mgr. I appreciated his professionalism and he was quite helpful in delivering our project to our expectations on budget and on time. I met ncrypted, a company that designs and sells web applications and solutions on the internet, the first mistrusts, as a foreign company, were overcome because I was assisted, initially by the sales manager Dhara who made me understand clearly and with a lot of patience what would have been the whole process from planning to publication in the stores. after which I was put in contact with Mayur the project manager, a professional at work and a golden boy in life, he also answered my questions at different times since I am Italian and they are Indian. And there are 4 hours of time zone. 8 fantastic months that allowed me to learn a lot and get to know a great company, in fact today I am one of their Partners in Italy. I advise everyone to trust Ncrypted 16 true years of experience.

NCRYPTED has being handling our projects since 2018. Our first project with them is a Job search platform which they started in 2018 and completed. We gave them a bigger second project (social platform) in 2019 which they completed in 2021. NCRYPTED will be handling the IOS and Android Apps for the second project (Social platform) in this current year 2023.

What NCRYPTED did in all projects – They helped us in building a job search platform from scratch with so many functionalities. They also, helped us in customizing our social platform from scratch to our specifications.

Projects Handling: In our Projects, NCRYPTED assigned a Senior manager (Amit Thaker ) who overseen the whole team working on these projects and as well handles quotes. They also assigned a project manager ( Mr Mayur Maheriya) who handles all queries/feedbacks from our company to their team of developers, designer, software testers, and QA team.

Communication medium: All communications are done through Skype and Email. We meet with ( Mr Mayur Maheriya) daily and sometime weekly to discuss issues, status update/milestone.

Our Observations: The team NCRYPTED put together to do our work has been wonderful. Their commitment to our projects is second to none. They see our project as theirs and specifically, Mr Mayur Maheriya has brought in so many creativities into these projects. Mr Mayur Maheriya is a simple and easy guy to work with and we like how he handles the projects. We will recommend to NCRYPTED to keep Mr Mayur Maheriya as a project manager in the Apps development.

Warning for this company ... With this feedback, I want to warn everyone else who should hire this company before you throw your money at an unscrupulous company that only takes money from customers without finishing the job or delivering incomplete jobs. Then either they force you to pay more or they do not deliver your dream project. Now, many Indian companies are doing this with fake feedback and fake projects where people are paying them to download and provide good feedback. After the project has started and when you have paid them a large part of the sum, they stop answering your calls, emails, chats. I have already paid some to them and they have delivered incomplete jobs and they have not responded to me in a long time which eventually made me give up. tips that you go on the various freelancer platforms that exist that give customers guarantees that the job will be finished or the customer can get their money back.

No offense . They might serve well if you are a big client. When you are just starting up things are pretty slow . Customisation charges are high enough . But it took 1 year approximately to implement chat service half cooked . Account managers doesn't respond to your queries. Proper documentation is not provided . Requirements are not catered while development. So support for marketing or idea validation. They take money in advance and start playing with you and don't deliver the product
