A positive experience buying from N&C Tiles and Bathrooms

I recently ordered a single ceramic tile for a repair to be done in my kitchen after a tile was removed to fit a cooker hood. This single tile was delivered to me most beautifully and carefully packaged to protect it during transportation. It reminded me of the game 'pass the parcel' from my childhood as I unwrapped layers of bubblewrap and clingfilm. Fantastic!

Quick delivery and found this was the only company to offer the tiles individually

Lovely paint very pleased only problem was Fed ex took over a week to deliver and failed to deliver on a day they said they would when people were home especially and then left £175 worth of paint on the door step even though N&C dispatched the order quickly

Tiles arrived on time, the packaging was excellent, everything was intact and undamaged. The tiles were very simple gloss white but very well made, nicely done for a reasonable price.

Thank you so much to Karl for his patience and help in us choosing our floor tiles. It’s a big decision and he made the experience far less stressful than I imagined it would be. He even arranged for a sample tile to be delivered to my home address.
