While in the nct waiting area the man behind the counter was extremely rude to an elderly man when he didn’t hear the man behind the counter call his name, who stated then that he was partially deaf and the man behind the counter told him that he would ‘have to wait’ in the cold and continued to speak rudely to him and was not any way understanding of the elderly gentleman. Very disappointing
Usual lack lustre service! Standing waiting at the desk for over 10 minutes - while dedicated staff for the VRT section sat there doing nothing. Scrap this farce - bring in testing at a local garage!
It's good that there is safety inspections however I deeply dislike how I am not allowed to even make a recording while they potentially damage my car. Else it might be difficult to prove later on. At least they should have a mandatory recording that I can request for legal purpose later on, and that without that recording then the judge is to assume that the car owner is correct that the car was damaged by them
