My delivery was delayed at customs for a month, after calling customs they told me that it was nothing on my end. I contacted the company and explained the situation, they told me they'd contact customs and get back to me which they never did. I followed up weeks later asking for a refund they said they'd contact customs again and get back to me by the end of the week and refund me, they never did. In the end I had to do a chargeback through my bank to get the money back. Terrible communication and accountability. From my experience it seems like a scam with how deceitful the entire process was.

The whole decant bottle and atomizer is the worst quality i have ever experienced. The first time I sprayed, the atomizer broke, so it squirts like a watergun instead. Now the top gets stuck every single time I press it. I would recommend people buy their samples elsewhere. Cant get in contact with their customer service either. Overall it was sadly a really bad experience.

I ordered some fragrance samples from ndecant, and I am happy with my choice. The samples came in elegant bottles, which were a very nice touch. The prices are cheaper than anywhere else. Overall, a great experience.
