The owners when setting up nds tackle after forcing Nd tackle into liquidation stole my personal Data, I have nver placed an order with nds tackle. Also they have taken away the support for previouse products making historic purchases from nd tackle usless , avoid this company at all costs, the owners have no morals and can't be trusted

This company took my data without my permission. I have never consented to them having my data or purchased anything from them
I did however purchase from a company of a similar name (New direction tackle) I’ve since come to learn that this companies director used to work for New Direction Tackle and left to start his own company known as NDS Tackke, but not before he stole all customer information along with other tools and items
I have my original purchase email and order number from New Direction Tackle, I went on to the NDS tackle website and managed to login in with my New Direction tackle login details I then found order information for a order I placed in 2021 from New Direction Tackle, in 2021 this company hadn’t even opened for business and this is a clear breach of GDPR BE WARNED avoid at all costs.
Stolen my data without permission. I was an ND customer not NDS
I purchased a carbon rod pod that was of very poor quality. The paint coating came of on the first use. Also the machine tread was not up to standard so I tried to contact ND tackle via email on many,many occasions with no response to resolve the problem. Avoid this company as the customer service is none exsistant.
