⚠️ BE AWARE

⚠️ BE AWARE – Failed swap, missing funds and support stops responding

I had a swap fail where my funds were deducted, but I never received the assets I was supposed to receive, and the original funds were not returned.

This happened several months ago. I have contacted support multiple times, but the issue still has not been properly resolved.

What is even more concerning is the way customer support has handled the situation. After contacting them, they eventually stop responding. I have had to create new profiles/use different email addresses just to get any form of response or communication from them again.

I have now also found a large number of other users reporting very similar problems with failed swaps and missing funds. I have seen around 100 reports describing similar situations.

At this point, I strongly recommend doing your own research before trusting this service with your funds.

A failed transaction is one thing, but having funds missing for months, receiving little or no meaningful support, and having to repeatedly find new ways to contact support is completely unacceptable.

I am still waiting for my funds to be returned.

Think twice before using this service.

NEAR Intents holds my $193K after a FAILED swap — 2 weeks of silence, and bans for asking

In mid-September I made a swap routed through NEAR Intents (1-Click): 575,830 TRX (~$193,000). Correlation ID: 0f3b4660-83ab-44a5-a462-f45e13696bb5.

The facts are all in NEAR's own systems. My deposit was bridged into their infrastructure — the NEAR blockchain shows an ft_deposit of the full amount into omft.near with owner intents.near. The next day, NEAR Intents' own official API marked the swap FAILED. It still shows: refundedAmount: 0, no delivery, no refund reason. The intent was never even created — the money went in, and nothing came out.

So the funds provably sit inside NEAR's own contracts. For two weeks: no refund, no explanation, no communication.

Every support channel failed. Discord ticket — redirected to Telegram. In Telegram, a moderator blocked me in the chat and in DMs for asking about this refund — twice, from two accounts. Ticket on near.com — no response. Email to the legal contact published on near.com — no response. Their own documentation says FAILED deposits "are currently handled manually." Two weeks of "manual handling" produced absolutely nothing.

$193,000 of customer money is sitting in NEAR's infrastructure with a FAILED status and a recorded refund address, and the company's response is silence and bans. If this is how NEAR Intents handles failed transactions, think twice before letting any serious amount touch this pipeline. I will update this review if the refund (correlation ID 0f3b4660-83ab-44a5-a462-f45e13696bb5) is ever processed.

Extremely disappointing support…

Extremely disappointing support experience. The support team appears to have no clear process for resolving issues, and instead of providing a proper resolution, users may simply be restricted or shadow-banned after following up multiple times within a short period.

Despite repeatedly reaching out for clarification and a resolution, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response or see the issue properly addressed. Most concerning is the lack of transparency regarding the money that is still owed.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that the company improve its support and refund process, provide clear communication to affected customers, and address unresolved complaints instead of restricting users who continue to seek answers.

More than 23,300 USDC kidnapped in Near.com

More than 23,300 USDC kidnapped for (so far) almost two months — no further response from support

On June 30th, 2026, I made a transaction through near.com involving more than 23,300 USDC in Arbitrum. Since then, I have neither recovered the funds nor been able to access them.

I contacted customer support multiple times and every time they reply that 'the issue has been forwarded to the Tech Team for investigation'. Despite waiting for almost two months, I have not been given any explanation, expected timeframe, or reimbursement. The Tech Team actually never got back to me, despite demanding for follow up more than 10 times.

When I later requested an update through the @near_intents Telegram group, THEY BANNED MY ACCOUNT! As a result, I no longer have any practical channel through which to follow up on the case.

According to this experience, it's highly unlikely that I will ever use near.com again, nor recommend it to anybody. This is not the way a serious firm should act, this looks more like a scam.

Is the Tech Team so busy developing business to make more money that they cannot spend some time reviewing big glitches?

IT'S OUR MONEY, COME ON!

About 550 USDT unresolved for over two months — no refund or response

About 550 USDT unresolved for over two months — support stopped responding

On June 19, 2026, I used near.com for a transaction involving approximately 550 USDT BSC. The funds have not been returned or made available to me.

I contacted support several times. I was told that the case had been escalated to the L2/technical team and that I should wait for an investigation. More than two months have now passed, but I have received no explanation, no estimated resolution date, and no refund.

After I tried to follow up in the Telegram @near_intents, my account was banned. I therefore have no effective way to obtain an update on my case.

This is my personal experience. I cannot recommend using near.com for amounts you cannot afford to have locked for an indefinite period.

After 3 months:
After 3 months, the funds were returned, they said the database was broken. I don't want to use the site anymore...

1,000 USDT Solana deposit missing for over a month

I deposited 1,000 USDT via the Solana network to my NEAR.com account. The transaction was successfully confirmed on-chain, but the funds were never credited to my NEAR.com balance.

I contacted support many times. They told me the case was escalated to the L2 / technical team, but more than a month has passed and I still have no clear explanation, no ETA, no refund, and no access to my funds.

Ticket reference: 24067 / #HS:3357606239-24067#

This is extremely concerning. A confirmed blockchain deposit should not remain unresolved for over a month. Support keeps asking me to wait, but they do not provide any concrete answer about where the funds are, why they were not credited, or when they will be returned.

I am leaving this review to warn other users: be very careful when depositing funds to NEAR.com, especially via Solana, because if something goes wrong, the support process may take weeks with no real resolution.
