I bought 2 Christmas presents on here and both were very well received. The beautiful wraps are so soft and incredibly warm.

Shipping process was a bit confusing at first (thanks to FedEx) but all worked out well and I had EXCELLENT support ensuring the package arrived in time for Christmas in Germany. The products are incredibly high quality and I too will be ordering from them again - just likely to try to keep to below 150 euros for easier shipping.

I received a cashmere scarf from here for Christmas (after dropping a hint in the shape of a link to the exact one I wanted!) and although the scarf is lovely, soft and in good condition, I was disappointed to notice a few days ago that the label on it is Uniqlo.
The scarf which was £44 + £3.85 shipping from Nearly New Cashmere is still available on Uniqlo website for just £1 more (well, actually it's on offer in this colour so it would have been a tenner cheaper). Whilst I love the morals behind this brand and the idea of shopping second hand for my cashmere, I'm disappointed that the price of this was more than if it had just been bought new from the original retailer. That doesn't make sense at all to me given the brands story and it has put me off ordering in future.
Please please reconsider your pricing if you are reselling high street brands, and maybe even consider noting on the listings where the item is from if it is a known high street brand, as currently this has felt like a bit of a rip off.

Bought various items as Christmas gifts and it didn't take long before I received notification that the package had been shipped. The shipping itself was very fast and both the shawl and the wrist warmers are fantastic. This won't be the last time I'll shop from the site.

I ordered three cashmere jumpers from NNCO and was delighted - all were in perfect condition, and true to the size stated on the website. The company's communication and prompt delivery were excellent and I am delighted to be purchasing such a luxury item so reasonably priced, with such an excellent environmental ethos, and will definitely be ordering again in the future.

I spotted nearly new cashmere on Instagram and saw that a friend was following so I checked them out too. I ordered 4 neck warmers, as Christmas gifts, for my sister and three daughters. Their website was very easy to navigate and my order arrived within 3 days. The neck warmers are gorgeous! Lovely muted colours and so so soft - I wish I’d ordered one for myself too. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this small business ❤️

Nearly New Cashmere is a great find for beautiful second-hand knitwear and Hermès (and other brand) silk scarves. They post helpful videos on how to clean and care for these garments. Purchases can easily be shipped abroad/returned. I’ve ordered items for myself and as gifts and have been pleased by the price and quality. I only wish I lived closer to be able to shop in person. If you’re looking for quality cashmere at a fair price, you can’t go wrong.

Nearly New Cashmere has the most beautiful cashmere! They have a wide range of offerings and each are exceptionally made. My order arrived quickly considering it shipped from the UK to the USA. I would highly recommend not only purchasing from them, but also following them on instagram. They are a wealth of information!

Great company to deal with. Fast efficient delivery of high quality goods. I have bought many cashmere scarves and jumpers and particularly recommend the silk scarf collection. Recently I bought the recycled cashmere hood and I get stopped in the street and asked where I bought it.

I had an excellent experience as a first time buyer. I bought three scarves and all were in very good to new (original tags) condition as they were described on the website listing. The items arrived very fast for being an overseas order and tracking was provided. Their prices are extremely reasonable and I’m intending to shop with them again.
