Bad first experience unfortunately

Bad first experience unfortunately.

Bought a tshirt and x2 pairs of shorts during early Black Friday.

The tshirt has arrived a colour nothing like the online picture. Model Photos appeared off white but it has came extremely butter yellow. Unfortunately no colour was actually stated in the description (this is probably why!) It is also huge.

X2 pairs of shorts were a lot thinner and more see through then they appeared online and extremely small/ill fitting. Definitely not worth the price point for quality.

Attempted to lodge a return but the portal states as I ordered during Black Friday I cannot return as it's final sale. No refund. No exchange. Not even credit!!!

Have attempted to email and beg for a refund but not feeling hopeful as there's seems to be a lot of new with tags on depop.

Gutted wasted $200 down the drain :(
