Just don't buy. A cheap piece that breaks easily. Customer service is full of excuses, instead of doing the easy thing to own their mistakes.

I bought a Varia mount for a Scott Addict. The part was well made, fits perfectly, and was shipped quickly.

Light fit beautifully on my Factor OV’s seat post. Very clean look complementing the frame’s design.

However, it would have been helpful if a small Allen wrench had been provided, as my Park wrench moved too much to work on the small sized deeply recessed closure.

I have had two Garmin Varia mounts for separate bikes. The first one cracked and they sent me a new one free of change. The second for my SL8 has been excellent so far.

Mount poorly manufactured, had to file both ends of the mount to make it fit the post correctly, otherwise it could have been damaged due to flex of the post and the bad fit. Seatpost addict Rc insert mount

Your answer regarding my mail was to tighten the bolts and it will fit correctly. There is no difference if the seatpost is installed or not. The product does not fit correctly.

Great products, good quality and reasonably priced. Good service as well. The only minor point I could make (but maybe that’s the logistics company’s job) was that the Track & trace was not very specific, so the delivery date was a bit of a guess.

Been waiting for them to release a radar seat post for my Basso. Finally was able to purchase one and it’s a nice piece. Looks good and fits well. Haven’t had a chance to ride the bike yet but I’m sure it will do its job.

I recently ordered two mounting brackets from Neat-Components: one for my Specialized S-Works Venge and another for my Specialized bike to mount the new Garmin Rearview 820. The bracket supplied by Garmin was quite bulky and didn’t feel very secure, so I wanted a better solution.
The mounts from Neat-Components are exactly what I was looking for.
They fit perfectly, the build quality is excellent, and they look far better than the original Garmin mounts. The installation was smooth and the brackets feel solid and reliable.
I also had a few questions after placing my order, and their support team responded quickly and professionally via email. Great communication and a very positive experience overall.
In my opinion, Neat-Components is highly recommended if you want clean-looking, high‑quality mounting solutions for your bike.

Perfect fit on Cannondale Super X and System Six posts. Solid secure mount. Correctly angled. So much better than mounts with elastics.

I would love if they included an extra screw and bolt with the product - so make sure to ask for that - I am sure they will accommodate you.

I purchased a Varia mount a while ago, but haven't installed it yet due to the poor finish. I'll have to spend a few hours blocking and polishing the mount prior to the install. It fits well and the Varia angle is good. The finish is just too crude to put on my bike.

I have purchased two seatpost mounted radar mounts from Neat Components and am very pleased with both. The products were exactly as described and fit very well to the manufacturer's seat post shapes.
