Disappointing service
First time using them. I was told £84 for 4 hours,then told 2 cleaners are coming but for 2 hours. I specifically said dust,wipe surfaces,hoover and mop. In my bedroom there are 4 skirting and only one was cleaned. The lady didn't move anything to dust,she dusts around things. Sinks and toilet had dirty drip marks. The hoovering was done by the man and the same problem where hoover was not put in corners. To top it off as I was goung to see them out I noticed the man was wearing my slippers. I'm discusted by that.Overall the worst cleaners I have ever seen. I complained to the company who said I would get 30 mins free next time.They told me those cleaners were 5 star rated cleaners. I never went back to them .let them enjoy themselves for been lazy
