Very concerning experience so far.
I made 3 deposits, 1 and 3 went straight onto my account, 2 did not. I have spoken to support twice in the last 2 days and emailed support twice. It has been 3 days since I made the deposit yet have received no response from my emails. I have now had to send a pdf file from my bank showing the deposit even though it is still apparently pending at the casinos end.
Hence only 1 star as it is not getting sorted quickly enough. I will amend the star rating if the problem is resolved.
