Great items but terrible, terrible customer service! The lady answering the emails is a terrible image for the company! Absolutely shocking! Shame.
Not worth the hassle!

I have bought three times in the last five months. Everything I have gotten has been excellent quality and an excellent value. I really love my boots, blankets, sweatshirts, and jackets.

Nice clothes but they look better on the website. In real the quality is a bit disappointing (thin fabrics). I ordered 3 items, the Canadian Jacket was much to big, I had to sent it back, it took 12 days to get my money back and I had to email them to get the payment back. The after service is bad or not well automated. Receiving and sending back purchases are both very slow (company is in Germany).

I really like the fleece pull over. I’ve got exactly the which size I ordered. It’s been delivered in 10 days to Prague. Nice quality. Recommended.

After several positive experiences with the company, this time a problem. The package was sent to the wrong address - so it was returned to the company. They refused to send it to the correct address. After 12 days and 7 emails I have not purchased the goods or a refund. Terrible correspondence, the service does not answer questions, completely ignores the problem it caused.

I ordered 5 items over a week ago and still have not recieved any updates on when they will be delivered. Service is dreadful. They don't reply to e mails asking for updates. Poor customer service. Be very careful.

No delivery information, and the jacket was pretty poor quailty. The seams started to tear open after less than a week, leaving a big hole in the pocket and another at the end of the sleeve. (Also, it looks to be form-fitting in the pictures, but it isn't.)

Bought shoes for my.husband the color and fit were as expected and delivery was prompt. No complaints, he wants to order the same in black now.

I was skeptical to order business shoes from a sport shop but the quality is top.

I’ve bought a few items from this website but in the last couple of transactions the quality has degraded. Their returns policy is not free of charge. Equal quality in Penny’s/Primark for less cost.

I was so suprised wenn I became my Order. I never had anything like that. It is perfekt! Beautiful!

I recently ordered this "Versace 19v69" jacket for my husband, but what I received was a totally destroyed jacket which was supposed to be a "quality product". The jacket had like +10 damages and has been used before I received it, as it has blue marks on the sleeve's which I suspect coming from jeans. Beside that some part of the jacket was by the words meaning - destroyed/ripped apart from each other. This jacket probably got repacked as I received it in their own bag and not the original bag from 19v69 which you usually would have been receiving it in. So when I gave this gift to my husband, he was like "this can be real, did they send a destroyed jack and even used!" and it ruined my entire day that such situation even could happen, this shouldn't be possible. Even the stitches on the jacket are wrong, pretty much everything about it is directly trash and I wouldn't even pay 50€ for such a product.

I tried to contact them on their mail system, but now I've waited 3 days but still haven't had any reply, so now I tried to send a mail manually instead.

Product is really good - I bought a fleece - the sizes are generous and fit comfortably so no worry about ordering the next size up. This is the third item I have ordered in the last two years and the other two items are still "on the go" so the quality is good.

I bought the Nebulus Norskini women's fleece coat - its a great long fleece - the style is relaxed and sporty - and the a line longer jacket is perfect for curvy ladies.

The quality of the clothes is great as well as the service. I received my order quickly.

Bought number of items over the years. Company now gone backward on service:

1. Cant tell you when right sizes will appear: been waiting 5 months!!!
2. Issue with buying online : system keeps crashing . Emailed then twice on this: they dont bother to reply.

Love their gear but Company looks like its on decline with shocking service: good luck if you trust them!!!

I ordered a number of items from Nebulus and paid via PayPal. The price I was charged included VAT & shipping. Nebulus failed to complete the correct paperwork & forward the VAT to UK Customs.

UK customs therefore want to charge me VAT for importing the goods. Their calculation is based on the gross value paid to Nebulus!

I asked Nebulus to resolve this and they refused. I then asked for a refund and since then they have ghosted me. I have now raised a dispute with PayPal. Hopefully, PayPal will be able to resolve this.

I would avoid this company at all costs. If you do order from them and you receive a demand from the courier/ customs, check your invoice carefully or you could end up paying over twice the VAT you should.

Update: Nebulus are now asking me to return the parcel I have not received to get my refund.

Fantastic product and service. I didn't know them before I got an advert on facebook. I fell in love with the products which are of an excellent quality. Their service and after sales reaction is excellent too. Highly recomending you give them a go.

To be honest i ordered a hoodie but i had doubts regarding quality,from ordering until received took 10 days (but i was x-mas period). My next order will be a jacket hope i will not be disappointed. Overall i recomend it.
