Nebulus 

I ordered a few items based on the fact of 2-5 working day delivery. Ordered on a Sunday and the following Saturday it is being processed in Germany. There is no integrity in these sorts of companies as once you've paid, your in the delivery limbo. No message to say it's delayed or an apology.

DO NOT BUY..!!! I ordered a jacket more than 2 weeks ago. Money was taken from my credit card but I haven’t heard ANYTHING from them. I have written their “customer service” without receiving any answer.

I ordered a Benty long sleeved polo shirt. It is exactly as described and as the photo shows. Its a nice weight summer Polo shirt and the sizing is exactly what you expect. I ordered a uk size xl and it fits perfect. Delivery time was excellent and I would recommend Nebulus. I will buy again with them.

Don't be swayed by the odd bad review, I ordered some Versace boots and they have arrived within 7 days and look great.
Customer services got back to me within 2 days which most companies can't manage to do during covid.
I will buy with confidence again.

I only received one of the items I paid for. They are saying I have to sign an affidavit stating I did not receive the second item and that they are contacting the police.
One I sign and send them said affidavit then they will look into it!
Absolute joke! I would totally avoid using them.

Never again. Ordered a jacket for my partner by Versace 19V69. Arrived and looks nothing like the pictures on the website, was made in china as the label says. Not convinced of it's authenticity and it looks awful.
Then there is the insane returns process, the website is utterly confusing, despite selecting English parts of the returns process continue to be in German so having to Google Translate it to make sure I get it right. At the end you just get a message saying return requested and no label or return address or an email to say you've initiated it- just goes to a black hole. The same if you use the contact us form on the website.
I started a claim with Paypal after a few unsuccessful attempts to contact Nebulus directly and immediately got a response and agreement to issue a full refund if I return the item at my own cost of course.

I share my first (and last) experience with Nebulus. I ordered two items last April (a jacket and a pair of boots). The jacket turned out to be too big, and I returned it, following step by step the procedure indicated by them, using their card, and inserting in the envelope also the 10 euros required for shipping costs from Italy to Germany. The package arrived at its destination, because the shipment was traceable: but the money was never returned. I wrote to customer service 3 times, but got no response. In summary: I paid twice for a jacket that I returned. I thought in Germany they were more serious!!

condivido la mia prima (e ultima) esperienza con Nebulus. Ho ordinato nell'aprile scorso due articoli (una giacca e un paio di scarponi). La giacca è risultata troppo grande, e l'ho restituita, seguendo passo passo la procedur indicata da loro, usando la loro scheda, e inserendo nella busta anche i 10 euro richiesti per i costi di spedizione dall'Italia alla Germania. Il pacco è arrivato a destinazione, perchè la spedizione era tracciabile: ma i soldi non sono mai stati restituiti. Ho scritto 3 volte al servizio clienti, ma non ho avuto risposta alcuna. Surprised at some of the negative reviews. Bought a gilet and fleece sweater from them for hill-walking. They've been up Scafell Pike several times in bad weather and have performed well. Delivery was on time with no problems. I'd say on a par with the likes of Craghoppers in England, but considerably cheaper.

Poor quality clothes. Website looks great but market stall standard. Beware!

company kept me constantly updated with delivery. My item was dispatched quickly and I was pleased with my purchase. I would buy from nebulus again. Thank you.

Still awaiting reply on my order S01 203027141041 regarding payment. Is my order still valid and how do I pay.

This company is a scam, posted to me a defective jacket, keep offering me discount, after I told them about 8 times that i do not wish to keep the jacket, they refunded only price of the jacket and didnt want to refund postage price of 9 pounds, will be reporting this as a scam to my credit card. AVOID THIS WEBSITE!

ordered the gilet. took 3 weeks to arrive to the UK.
Looks great on the website. very poor in reality, cost nearly £50 and looks like something from a market stall, everything looks cheap. feel waffer thin and hardly any padding, zip all plastic, Emailed 3 times and no response, Returns policy is terrible. total waste of money, 100% con

POOR QUALITY ITEM, HAD TO PAY FOR OWN RETURN TO SELLER

I ordered (at considerable expense) what was meant to be some designer Italian clothing, only to receive good that had been "Made in China" and were not of the quality indicated on the website.

No free returns are available you get "an error communicating with the parcel service" warning when you try and get a return label. Upshot is it cost £39 to send the goods back to Nebulus.biz from the UK !!!

I recommend you shop elsewhere

Appalling customer service. The returns process is so confusing and complex. If you do manage to work it out you’ll realise that THE CUSTOMER has to pay the full cost of returning the hoods regardless of the reason for return and it is not refundable. Unheard of in the UK. I will never buy from Nebulus again and I would urge other potential customers to do the same.

Clothing looks great on-line but is of low quality. Jacket I ordered looked really good on the screen but on arrival it was clear that is was not a quality item. Worn literally a couple of times but now looking distinctly second-hand. Now consigned to the clothing bank pile!
Thought I was buying Norwegian/Germanic quality clothing at discount price, but no.

Delivery: quick! My first impression of the products are positive. The colors are very bright just like in the pictures. The t-shirts and cardigans are thin but perfect for the summer!

No problems with the delivery but that was the only good point the quality of the jacket was ok until it rained got absolutely wet in patches glad I didn't pay the full price for this product

Clothes have the quality of cheaply made in China stuff. I expected a bit more. If I want to buy made in China, I can buy it anywhere else at better prices, e.g. at Boohoo (and they even produce in the UK...) or Primark or Topshop... so I will stear clear in the future.

I ordered a fleece and matching jacket. The fleece was the true colour but the jacket's colour was not the same (darker and dull). I kept the fleece, which is very nice, and returned the jacket. The return cost me £15 because the DHL link didn't work. I was told to return it myself and the cost would be reimbursed. I received the refund for the jacket but not the postage.
