I was sent an open box, used product and Nebulyft lied about it
I was sent an opened, used product (security seals on the box were broken, the hygiene seal had been removed from the unit, the cord had been opened and the storage pouch had marks on it - the item had clearly been used) and when I complained I was told that ‘the product was opened in the customs’. When I pointed out that the product had been sent from the warehouse in the UK they told me ‘sometimes the courier companies open packages’. Now in my 20 yrs of buying things online I have never had, or heard of, a courier company opening an item. Losing, yes, stealing, yes, sadly, but opening, using the product and putting it back into the box then sending to the client - never. I opened a case with my credit card company and got an email from Nebulyft telling me to close the case and send the item back to them, at my cost, and they will then refund me. I have never had to deal with a company lying through their teeth like this - their business practices seem totally unethical - not to mention not adhering to consumer law. If Nebulyft’s customer service is like this it raises questions about the quality of the product and claims of its efficacy. The case is still open with my credit card company and I’m still waiting for a return label, after several weeks. Appalling.
