I ordered an LG oled 65 c1 TV at the price of 11434 discounted from the price of around 14500 dkk. Payment authorized via mobilepay and got an email that my order was processed. Today I check my order again and it says it was cancelled. I received no email saying that and the TV is now listed at 23000.

As someone that lives in the UK and speaks English, I didn't expect to get anywhere with these guys... But they had 1 special item (Watch Strap) which was out of stock on every English speaking website I could find. I found it on Necesario.dk but didn't know if they would be able to ship to the UK so I messaged them via Facebook Messenger on a whim and used Google Translate to ask if they'll be able to ship this to the UK and if they spoke English. They then respond in English and said yes, and it was much cheaper than I was expecting.
From there, I spoke to them via Facebook Messenger on and off and their customer service is honestly the best I have ever received.
11/10, would definitely shop with these guys again, even from a different country!
