Do not order from them. They will rip you off. They will say order has been delivered when it wasn't. They make you make a claim with shipping company but won't tell you what shipping company. They send bogus tracking numbers then lie about say oh we sent the wrong one. I had to report them to my bank.

I bought 2 items from this shop, neither one has arrived. I keep reaching out to them but they keep telling me to send them more money !!! I have said no and that I want my money back and they keep saying “has been signed for can only do freight and redo a new one” nothing ever makes sense and they refuse any responsibility even though I proved that even the delivery company said for the seller to open a loss of parcel claim but they keep saying send more money I would not shop here to have your money stolen. I don’t think they even sent it to begin with. Just scammers !!!

I ordered the necklace for my friends birthday and it had a picture of her dog on it. When I received it the only way to see the picture of the dog on it was holding it in the light. I sent picture to the company and they said they can see the picture. I explained it to them that only when you hold it into light. You can’t see it if your wearing it. They replied back that order is ok. I think it’s very odd that you can’t call and talk to anyone and the only communications is on messenger only. I will never purchase from them again or from anything advertised on Facebook. You would think Facebook would check out these companies before they allow them to advertise on there site.

I ordered a key chain and it came in broken. I glued it twice and have had nothing but problems talking to people. They want me to pay for shipping for another one. It came in like that. Why should I pay for the shipping. I will never order from them again.

Was abit doubtful after reading the reviews but now I’ve received my necklace I love it! Looks just like my dog, had a tear in my eye when I opened it, Thankyou!

Item never arrived and when questioned they said the address was incomplete which it isn't and then wanted me to pay for another delivery. Avoid this company after sales are non existent.

There are a couple of mirror sites owned by this scammer company, such as ponggi.shop. Beware of them. They're spamming on facebook too for months now. Can't imagine how could they keep this "business" up for so long...
