The bag seems sturdy and great however, it took over 2 months to deliver and then, it was not clear to me that it was a pre-ordered product neither the timeline for it to be delivered. I also paid for a laptop bag which is still yet to be delivered to me almost 4months now. This company has no idea the timeline they are able to make deliveries even when I was advised by their customer service to top up funds to pay for a bag which was available at the tile due to their no refund of money policy and I did top up to get another laptop bag of my choice and it's almost a month since then, I have written to make inquiries, no response to my email, text messages and phone calls. If you want to shop from them due to the fine products ensure you have a timeline of 2 to 6 months for the company to deliver your items.

NectarHr uses third party companies that are practically scams see mypaymentvault, previously prepaiddigitalsolutions. I cant get my prepaid card from mypaymentvault, NectarHr will not refund my points.
