Good scheduling for delivery. No miscommunications. Everything went smoothly.

The bed is great but maybe needs a lock on the wheels for when you want it to be stable.
Plus would be good to get bed & mattress at same time and to have an option for unpacking and setting up too.

Comfort at last. Brought for my Mum who has various conditions including chronic pain, had the mattress just over a month and she says it's really very good.
The only slight negative is it doesn't seem to be as cooling as we hoped.

Very comfortable sleep although a little firm to start with! The only downside is it had a strange smell we hope this goes off in time and maybe due to packing it two weeks on and it’s still there. if it doesn’t go away we may have to return! Hoping not but for the money a really good bed.

This is the second time purchasing this item. The previous time the mattress cover worked great and I only felt the need to replace after many years of use. Highly recommended.

I purchased a second quilt from Nectar for our guest bed. The quilt is light and so snuggly and comfy. Although a lighter tog than I normally have it is just as warm and comfy and it is the best quilt I have ever had.

Fast delivery, very polite drivers. The mattress was ready to sleep on by the time I went to bed. So comfortable, best nights sleep in a long time. It took about a week for the smell to completely disappear but it wasn’t bad enough to stop me using it. I would definitely recommend it.

I absolutely love my new mattress, it’s almost resolved most of my back and hip pain and I’ve only had it a couple of weeks. The website was easy to use and my order and delivery date were dealt with very professionally. I was informed by text and kept up to date on my delivery. The guys who delivered it were very courteous and helpful, even when I asked what they were delivering as it certainly didn’t look like a mattress! (It was air packed and in a large but square box, certainly not the size of a king sized mattress). The instructions as to how to unpack it were clear and a tool was provided. My only issue, and this was also addressed within the instructions, was the chemical smell from the mattress which is apparently from the packing process. They said it would take a few days to dissipate but I would say it took about 10 days, even with the window open which they also suggested in the instructions. Regardless, it’s the best mattress I’ve ever slept on and gives all the support necessary to my back, shoulders and hips. I am thoroughly satisfied with the whole process and would recommend this company to anyone who wants a good, comfortable nights sleep. I travel a lot and have slept on many different mattress's so when I previously slept on one of Nectar Sleeps mattress’s I was so impressed that I had to ask where it was from, which is how I came to them. I will certainly order another for my guest room when the current one needs to be replaced and hope that Nectar Sleep goes from strength to strength in the years to come!

They have left me with a horrible, broken mattress and it is severely worsening my back pain, and they send their own hired company pretending it is an independent surveyor who’s checking my mattress. Both times it was a different verdict. The hybrid mattress came with a lifetime guarantee but when it comes to having a problem with the mattress you get nowhere with Nectar Sleep.

I would highly recommend that NO ONE buys a mattress from here, as it will not give you comfort in sleep but will instead give you sleepless and painful nights.

I heard great things about these mattresses so I wanted to try one out for myself. Big mistake, After the first week I had back pains that only got worse. It got so bad that I can’t even sleep one night on this mattress without getting back pains. This is the worst mattress I’ve ever had. It feels nice to lay on at first, but destroys your back over time. I would not recommend this mattress to anyone. Not only are they over priced they destroy your back. Do yourself a favor and get something else.

I am NOT a direct customer - but bought mattress 2nd hand on Ebay! Customer service were really helpful - confirming it was a nectar mattress and had been sold the wrong way up in the cover, and helped me deal with a couple of other issues. Very prompt and friendly - and I was not their customer!
