Terrible people

Terrible people, aggressive on the phone. Making up stories to hook me and my family in an energy contract. Add more polite I tried to be when they called as more they try to take advantage of you. And when I started to not agree with their offer, they become pushy and aggressive. They’ve called multiple times. I picked up the phone twice because they call from different phone numbers.
The bel-mij-niet had stopped. How to stop these companies calling now? Any idea?
