You have to pay to be able to react. When asking why this is, I simply get a response saying I'm too negative about them, and of "being disrespectful".
I do not understand why the simple right to react to a house has to cost 30€. Just charge the people when you're actually delivering, when people get a house through you.

After paying for the subscription, basically there is no communication way to book a veiwing! Even if you apply for viewing the second it has opened, they still sent you an email that viewing is full!! Dont waste your time and money here.

I applied through this housing platform around August 2025. From then until December, I did not receive a single viewing. I finally got three viewings in December.

It is important to note that I started my new job in October, so at that time my documents did not include a December payslip. They required three months of payslips, but all my other documents were complete, including my work contract. I did not get any of the three apartments. In their emails, they simply stated that the landlord had chosen someone else, with no explanation. I even emailed them to ask if there was anything I could improve or if there was a specific reason why I was not chosen, but I received no reply, which unfortunately was not a surprise.

Then, in January 2026, I had another viewing. When I attended this viewing, I told the woman showing the apartment that this was my fourth viewing and that I had been looking for an apartment in general for over a year. I also explained that in December I had attended three viewings through their platform but had not been selected for any of them. I mentioned that I thought this might have been because I did not yet have my December payslip. She specifically told me that this would not matter.

This time, all my documents were complete, my income was sufficient, and I even provided a guarantor as an extra safety measure. Still, I was not selected.

Looking back, I noticed something that has been bothering me. The previous tenants were all white and Dutch. The people attending the viewings were also exclusively white and Dutch. Across all four viewings, I saw more than 30 people, and not a single international applicant. I understand that this is the Netherlands and that the majority of the population is Dutch, but I was searching for an apartment in a diverse city.

At this point, the only explanation I can think of for consistently not being selected, despite meeting all the requirements, is that I am not white.

Would not recommend to buy or rent here. Appartments are poorly maintained causing leaks and mold, customer service does not take action and are very difficult to reach.

Terrible company, we recently completed a 12 month tenancy and following the inspection report we were well within the criteria for a full deposit return. Tenants have been occupying the house for several weeks and we are yet to receive the deposit, would stay far clear from them

I am renting an apartment in Terneuzen that was advertised as having an energy label A. Despite this, I received a gas bill of over 270 euros in January, even though I was away for more than 20 days. When I complained, they charged me 180 euros to check for gas leaks and performed maintenance on the boiler, claiming it hadn't been serviced in three years. However, I later discovered that the boiler was newly installed in August 2024. Despite my requests to fix the issue, they did nothing, and I have been manually turning off the boiler to manage the high bills.

Additionally, I noticed that the bathroom fixtures, made of chipboard, were swollen, which is not suitable for wet areas like bathrooms or kitchens. When I complained, they said it was the tenant's responsibility. After a stern response, they finally scheduled a maintenance appointment. I also asked for the landlord's contact information, which they refused to provide. They pressured me to sign the contract quickly, claiming the apartment would be rented to someone else, and did not provide the attached documents. Two weeks later, I received a document stating that almost 90% of the maintenance costs would be borne by the tenant. Had I known this beforehand, I would have chosen a different apartment. Now, they are asking me to pay the 180 euros for the gas leak check again, which I have already paid. I am extremely frustrated with this situation.

They are useless dont put any money...They dont help only ask money to staret serach and that is it, since they they cancle all request.

they promise a rental interview and force you to sign up for it. After that, no one comes back or talks. Communication is not possible. They take your money entirely through memberships and do not offer any services. While you can see and communicate their ads on many other real estate sites, you have to pay for their site by force and become a member. Completely waste of time and money.

useless site pay 45 for registration only to keep getting every viewing request denied cause its already been rented. If you cant offer a service DONT charge for it then..

Way too few apartments for the 30eur registration fee, and the viewing are instantaneously fully booked. The one viewing, I was able to apply for, is still online and I still have no response (after almost 2 months). Further, the customer service is completely missing.

I registered on their website just for one apartment, paid a fckng fee to respond, and then called them for 38 minutes to hear how they were busy and I should just wait and I would be invited to a viewing. And now I get a response that the house hunters were quicker. No, give me my money back, I don't want to work with them anymore, apparently they are too busy to work. You bet, if I worked three hours a day I wouldn't have time for anything either.

For the record--
I responded the same morning the ad was posted.
I also responded to other apparts in other regions for experimentation, but did not get anything else.
I have a filled profile with a suitable salary and a normal job in a big international company.

We’ve been trying to schedule a viewing for an apartment since 2 weeks, I’m calling them everyday multiple times no response, I’ve subscribed to their web page and paid 36 euro still I cannot get ANY service, send multiple emails and no response. Suddenly I see that a viewing opened and try to book for it and I got feedback that the viewing is already full. I’m sorry but never seen this horrible service, how can anybody reach you to book a viewing ? Maybe you will see my review and we can some how contact cause I wasted my money for nothing…… Scam company

Under every level of anything - not only retail. The Apeldoorn branch - Rasistic , rude and arrogant 2 blonds / possibly sisters ( looking identical ) above all RASISTIC with no hiding it- and they ask to be bribed / - in descrite manner like :........ " Pesnt " bussines for uneducated blondes with ambition ....

I was the first one to react on their website, the advertisement was on Pararius and not on their website. I let them know on phone at 11:59 the woman tells me "ah okay thank you, now it should be okay", I refresh the page I see that no other people saw the advertisement and I apply as first!! Next morning I receive the email other house hunters were faster than me. I call them to ask what the hell? And they tell me yeah 30other people were faster, because everyone receives email notification about the new properties. I have evidence that I called them 11:59 to tell them to upload it and the email notification of the new property came at 12:49, 50 minutes later. Very unprofessional, don t waste your money, no service! She also mentioned that she sees in our profile that our work contracts end this year, keep in mind all multinational companies do annual contracts and then renew it and we both work for very big multinational companies in the Netherlands with high salary. Terrible, horrible, stay away!

I am sure that they are scamming you! I had been looking for an apartment in Rotterdam for 3-4 months and at the beginning of my search I got scammed by them.They asked me to pay money for viewing. DO NOT pay any money just to see the apartment. And they are still sending their listings in Rotterdam to me and after 6 months the apartments I was interested are still available. And another interesting thing is that those apartment are very good for good prices. So there is no way that they did not get taken. This is Netherlands and we all know how the housing market is. So STAY AWAY from this agency. There are plenty of trustable agencies in the market.

They charged me 35€ to book a viewing and then few days later they sent me an email in dutch telling that the viewing were already fully booked... Scam stay away from this company.

They are rude and they lady was not helpful at all. You pay to view houses but they can't even be kind. their website is confusing to naviagate sometimes. don't waste time paying for these scum bags.

I recently rented out an apartment in Nijmegen through Nederwoon and the team was very helpful during and after the viewing. I viewed the apartment on a Tuesday and uploaded all the necessary documents by friday and by the next monday I got the call for good news. The only confusing thing with the website is the planning of the viewings but if you can find an opening then the rest of the renting procedures go very smoothly and because it is on the site it is very trustworthy. They also help with the gwe arrangements so as someone who recently moved to the Netherlands that was very helpful.
