I bought a Nedis SmartLife Wifi Waterpump and so far it's been working great.

I bought a nedis video doorbell, i went through their instructions( which came with it) it worked perfectly for 3 or 4 days, Then as we sat watching tv at about 11pm we could smell burning rubber. The neutral swich in fuse board tripped and all the lights went out. When the electrician arrived he said the bell had burnt out the bell transformer in my fuse board and luckily it had broken a cable or the house could have been destroyed and my children killed. I contacted nedis to explain what happened and they told me it was the cause of the transformer not their product. All i could do was bring the bell back where i bought it and they would not cover the cost of getting a new transformer fitted. Their customer service centre is a complete joke and not worth contacting, your best to stay away from these products as there are better and cheaper on the market.lucky for me their inferior product didn't kill someone or everyone in my household!

Never in my life known a kettle to break until nedis, will be buying a real kettle instead now , thanks nedis.

They dont know thier own app and products hahaha products not working either.
