They took a month to send item

Ordered a Resistance Full Work Out Kit Mid May it arrived today so all good. I was initially worried after reading reviews on here and also because the companies customer service is not good. But all good in the end. Improve your customer services Need Bargains and people will have much more confidence.

Like everyone else I would say do NOT use this company. I ordered Pet Hair Clippers £35 at the end of April 2020 never acknowledged my order and never received them. They need investigation by trading standards.

Ordered a fogging machine. They took payment and we had no communication at all are first. Ended up raising dispute with credit card company. They then got in contact saying why the dispute! Its been dispatched! Ha, many weeks later, no machine or contact. Luckily we won our dispute and credit card company refunded us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT'S A SCAM . YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I Have not recieved product which I ordered

I placed a dog groom kit a month ago. I even didn't receive any email updating me.

Wish I'd looked at this before paying for my item.

Like so many others I have not received the goods I ordered 3 weeks ago. Had I researched this company prior to ordering I would not have had any dealings with them. THEY ARE A SCAM. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

Beware - do not use this company advertised a Fitbit tracker received a very poor sub standard equivalent. I have returned this item and yet to receive my refund -DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Just received this anti bark device after waiting two and a half weeks. The item is, absolute inferior quality rubbish, the instructions don't even make sense, with incorrect grammar and references. Battery cover won't even stay on unit etc. I will be pursuing my money back through the credit card company and other agency's if neccessary. Would like to know what the markup is on these items, despite displaying a so called saving.This is a total scam. Do not buy from this website, it needs closing down immediately.

What joke! Order a "golf net" net broke on first use. When queried I was told that you can't use golf balls for the golf net! Miss sold or miss representation but certainly a totally useless product. I have asked for a refund but not hopeful after reading the reviews.

Terrible company!!! Don't even deserve the one star. Bought an item of them for a lot of money and never got an order confirmation from them. I then proceeded to wait a week to receive anything from them regarding the delivery or confirmation of the purchase! I sent them an email and have now waited weeks and have had no reply nor received the item. Now had to dispute through the bank for my money back! they should be ashamed with how they treat their customers!!

I bought some knives from Need Bargains and after waiting a couple or 3 weeks and reading some bad reviews ,I feared the worse,but I was pleasantly surprised, my knives came today,and they are every bit as cool as I hoped they would be,nice one Need Bargains 👍👍

Where do I start just wish I had read these reviews first I brought a camera to look down drains as was having problems.When I received my item it came with a cracked screen so was basically useless when I contacted them they said it was not there fault it had been damaged tho it was covered in bubble wrap after many e-mails backward and forwards to which may I add they were very rude I decided that I would just have to take it on the chin as they were so unhelpful.please please please do not buy anything off this site as your money will be wasted I have never seen a company with so many bad reviews but now I know why just wish would have seen them earlier never will I buy of this site again.one star is to good for this firm

Where is the no star rating. We have an issue with the toy we ordered. We emailed them a week ago and they are not responding to my daily emails.

Still waiting for dog clippers after a month. My dogs hair is too long now for this heat during quarantine, its cruel really. Luckily groomers opening so hes getting cut in 3 weeks. I'll never use this company again. Very disappointing.

never use this company the products don't arrive you get no response to emails and finding a phone number is like finding a needle in a haystack
