Great experience. Small personal order of AA 1301 blanks. Reasonable shipping rates and super fast. Received in 24hr hrs.
So great to now wear 100% vintage style Ts that aren't thin blends that cost 3x as much. These Ts remind me of the old Tennessee Rivers I used to wear.

My order was supposed to arrive within the next day or two - 4 days later, still nothing so I contacted Needen. Apparently my package was sent out with the shipping address as my email address. Obviously UPS couldn't deliver. Had to wait until UPS returned the package to them for a coupon code. Just over a week after the original order was placed, I have my coupon code for everything I originally spent, including shipping. I ended up ordering my shirts from a different supplier because my customer couldn't wait indefinitely.

My order went missing - and then things went real bad.
My order went missing. UPS either lost it or it was never picked up. That happens. What I didn’t like is how this was handled by Needen.
My customer was waiting. I contact Needen, but receive a message that they sent a message to the warehouse. And that’s when it sits for 5 days with no response. Granted 2 hours f those days were a weekend. But I had to contact them again. At this point I should have e had a replacement order sent out or refund issued. But nope. Have to keep waiting. That’s not right. I was told they needed to investigate what happened. That’s fine, but it was clear and they acknowledged that I didn’t have the order. So maybe take care of the customer first and then figure out what went wrong on your end. Why should I have to wait for a UPS claim ?
My customer naturally cancelled so I am out an order. But on top of it this happened weeks ago and I have had no notification that the order is refunded. So I contact again. And now I hear that it is scheduled to be done tomorrow. And I’ll receive the money within 21 days after that? COME ON.
If you’re able to take my money right away you could have or issued the refund right away.
I was told a store credit would be instant. But are you kidding me? Why would I want to order again? Be real.

Shipping charges are a scam. they don’t honour what they say on their site.
order was supposed to be delivered within 24 to 72hours and was not. I tracked the item from UPS and now it’s arriving in 7 days.
I paid extra shipping $21.21+tax, to have it delivered on time.
Contact Needen and their management. they refused to give me my shipping fee back.

Ross was so quick to get my issue resolved. I emailed in a panic as I own a business and needed to find my lost package. He right away got a new order ready and shipped within hours of us communicating over the missing order! I always love working with wordans as their customer service is fantastic!

I had a small issue with and order and had a super fast reply from customer service. Ross helped me with my questions and the issue was resolved very quickly! I'll order from that company again for sure ! :)

Ross was exceptional. He was able to assist me in returning my items and issuing a refund coupon for me. He was able to issue me a coupon for my shipping once I discovered the refund coupon making my cart value too small to still qualify for shipping. He went above and beyond to ensure I was refunded, and didn't have additional fees or charges. I will be a repeat customer.

Not pleased. Shopped with these guys in the past but then a random order popped up on my credit card, and a short I never ordered appeared in the mail.
I have emailed Needen trying to figure out what happened and concerned of course about a random order/charge on my credit card. No clear answer and then the correspondence dropped off.
I will go through my VISA and open a dispute, but what a pain.
I do not recommend shopping on this site.
