Great product. Great service.

Took much too long for me to receive my ink. You have to be able to get me ink in two days max. It took over a week. Unacceptable.

If I could choose 4.5 stars, that would be the better experience rating. The ordered items arrived sooner than expected, however, in one case I had ordered the wrong ink. The return was relatively simple but the funds did not appear on the statement. Apparently you have to be on the correct "order" for the notes that the customer service representative wrote them on. It took talking to a supervisor to figure that out. The item had been returned to them and they had not contacted me at all to tell me. Three weeks later, I contacted them. I am not super happy about this process but the inks work great.

It takes you a week to ship 300 miles? Your own site shipping map said I should've had it Tuesday, not Friday. I could literally have ridden my bike there and back in less time.

WE PURCHASED THIS ITEM A COUPLE OF TIMES. ON THE THIRD TRY WE COULD NOT GET THE YELLOW TO WORK. WE RECEIVED A SECOND CARTRIDGE AFTER CALLING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE FIRST ONE SENT ALONG WITH THE BOX OF OTHER COLORS. THIS SECOND ONE DID NOT WORK EITHER, SO I HAD TO GO OUT AND BUY A CARTRIDGE FROM STAPLES...YELLOW AND IT WORKED. I AM NOT SURE EXACTLY HOW YOU COULD HAVE FIXED THAT PROBLEM.FOR US. MAYBE MAILING OUT A THIRD YELLOW CARTRIDGE??? ANYWAY THIS CAUSED A SERIOUS DELAY IN MY WORK SO I AM HESITANT TO REORDER.

I received my order sooner than I thought. Everything I ordered was in the box ready for my use.

Really good price but mixed results

Started out printing well but I'm about a 1/4 in (per HP app) on this cartridge and it's starting to fade somewhat.

Inks worked very well. It was very easy to order and was shipped in a very timely manner. The 5 pack lasts me almost a year, so it is very cost effective for me , a senior citizen.
