The delivery arrived late 4 days so we hay no good for me.

The toner is working fine and 60% less expensive than HP toner

needink is a good place to buy your ink, they bend over backwards to please you at every point

First time using needink and I have to say the ordering process was very easy. I received a confirmation immediately and was given a promised delivery date. The weekend before my promised delivery and that day we were in the grips of an extreme heat wave. My package didn't arrive on the date promised but the day after. I'm not faulting the USPS but rather I'm praising them for thinking of the safety of their drivers. My package arrived as promised and I'm very pleased. I'll definitely be reordering from needink when my supply runs low.

Timely delivery cartridges are working great. Should have never bought Instant Ink.

I have been buying from needink (101ink) for several years for my personal and business printers and wouldn't buy from anywhere else. They ship quickly and I've had zero issues with the cartridges fitting the printer. They are considerably less expensive than the suggested Brother replacement cartridges.

I ended up having to use customer service to order my ink thru no fault of needing. They very professional and knowledgable. My order was processed promptly and arrived when promised. I have used then before and will continue to use them in the future
