I recently got my helix pierced for the fourth time at a different piercing place and it became very badly infected.
I had recently found Nico on Instagram so decided to reach out to her for advice and she was instantly so friendly and helpful, explaining why the infection was occurring. Instantly she offered to help me out with it which I really appreciated.
As soon as I walked in I was greeted in such a friendly way and Nico helped me pick out a piece of jewellery that suited my ear best and was in budget. She was so educational and really helped me understand why my helix had previously got infected and gave me amazing aftercare advice. Everything was super sterile and I expected to be in a lot more pain but it was over with so quickly.
I’m so happy she was able to salvage this piercing, I couldn’t be happier with the jewellery and the outcome, thank you!!

I intended on getting a very small, thin ring but Nicky's sage advice was that something that thin would only be suitable once the piercing had healed... I'm glad I went for one of her pretty studs for the initial piercing and I really like the one that Nicky helped me pick based on my colouring and my needs. The placement is perfect for eventual ring and I'm really happy with how it suits me.

Working in the industry for ten years, I’ve seen a lot of tattoo and piercing shops. I would normally only go to and recommend a specific shop in Manchester City centre but having researched Nico’s website abs methods thoroughly I went ahead.

Really glad I did, she is extremely professional and sterile practices would pass for clinical standards. She also has a really good eye for piercing jewellery.

Amazing piercer , both professional and friendly 😊
I put off having my septum pierced for years because of fear .
I eventually plucked up courage and was so scared on the day ,
I sat on the bed , eyes closed and was waiting for her to pierce me and she’d done it !
So gentle , so quick , she’s amazing and I’d recommend her anytime x

Nicky is an amazing piercer. Had a double conch, second hole reopen and fresh third hole over the last 12 months or so (in between lockdown restrictions!) and couldn’t be happier. She makes you feel totally calm and confident. Would 100% recommend.

Nicky has so much knowledge regarding so many piercings. She is always able to advise me and guide me in the right direction with any piercing help. She is very thorough with appointments and makes you feel so calm and at home. She takes her time but is also quite fast so the piercing is practically pain free! She is my piercing queen for the rest of time!

Nicky is so wonderful!! I saw her for my nose piercing and she gave me great advice on placement and pain management, but also let me change the placement to suit my personal taste. She was lovely and we had a good laugh together as well. I will definitely be going back if I get a new piercing and I recommend her to my friends as well!

Nicky is the best piercer i’ve ever visited, and is who i recommend to everyone i know. Super friendly and patient! (and pierces so quickly you barely have time to feel the pain) They also have expert jewellery knowledge which is a great help when figuring out sizing / placements!
