Needundies 

I ordered and paid for some underwear but apart from an acknowledgement I heard or received nothing. Three online contact forms and countless emails were ignored. Reported them to West Yorkshire Trading Standards and claimed money back through my bank.

Money taken, order not fulfilled. No response to enquiries. Glad I only lost £18.

There is something very wrong going on with this company now. I placed an order weeks ago, the money was taken from my account, but I heard nothing. I left messages several times but got nothing back. In the end I claimed through my bank and got a refund, but I wonder if they've actually closed down or something. So I went elsewhere for my purchase.

I don't believe this company exists. I placed an order, received a confirmation email but have received nothing since. No items, no progress email, no response to my enquiries. Their website no longer recognises my account or my email address.

I am in the process of raising a dispute with my bank. I wish i had seen these reviews before ordering.

The owners of the company have their home address listed on Companies House - It is pretty shocking that they are allowed to just rip people off for so long with absolutely no come back.

Ordered off this company and only read reviews afterwards.

Heard nothing within the promised time scale so started the process of claiming back on my credit card which necessitates proof of attempting to contact the company. Over a month and three emails later, I was able to apply for a chargeback on my card.

Ordered £76 of briefs in Feb this year. Still waiting. Says orders in progress. Have written with the help of citizens Advice but still no reply. Phone goes straight to answer phone.
If you don't get your order use chargeback from your bank. I didn't know this also you have to do it within 90 days for most banks.
Contact trading standards via citizens Advice. The more complaints means they may look into it.

The company doesn't exist (items never arrived and no communication). But the funny thing they have a UK registered business address.

I really wonder if someone hacked or highjacked their 'business' and the owners don't even know what is happening to them.

Applied for a credit card chargeback with my bank. Advising everyone to do the same. Yes, you can do a chargeback even the amount is lower than £100.

This needundies.com does not exist do not order from them because you give them your money but never receive the goods, they send you a confirmation of order but you never receive anything else. They must be laughing at us!!!

I have ordered from this company a few years ago with no problems so placed two orders with them 24th of April and 30th April amounting to £99.30 they took my money and I received automatic emails confirming my orders and I haven't received anything . I have sent emails , completed contact forms filled in a complaint form tried phoning and no replies. It is in the hands of my credit card company they have refunded me for the moment while they investigate

I had no hesitation in using this company as I had received good service a few years ago I ordered on 21/07/2025 and have not received my order or any replies to the several emails I have sent. I have tried to telephone twice but it is just an answer phone and I was advised to use the contact form which I had already done several times.

No stars at all. I cannot believe that this company is still trading.

I am going to contact trading standards.

The items ordered never arrived. The company is impossible to contact. I cancelled the order but received no refund. I suspect this a scam and have reported them to Action Fraud.

Do not use this company. The goods were not sent and neither was the refund when I claimed it. My bank has refunded the money after I submitted all the paperwork to them.

Don’t use this company take your order then nothing, no communication, no refund. Shame I have to put a star.

As everyone else says (and I wish I'd checked the reviews first) this company is awful. Purchased a bra, got the confirmation email, checked back 9 days later to see why it hadn't arrived. Got automatic email confirming my contact. Sent cancellation form 3 days later (within their stated 14 day cancellation policy), got automatic email back. Chased up 4 days after that. Crickets. I've now raised a claimback dispute with my bank, as 30 days have passed, and would recommend everybody else does the same. The bank pays back the cost of the order and then chases the company's bank for it. We'll see what happens next, but avoid this company like the plague.

Absolutely disgusting firm , hv taken my money , wont reply to emails , hv written several, im obviously not get the goods or my money back , dont use them

Placed an order and after a long delay decided to cancel. Weeks later I'm still waiting for the refund. Only response I've had is an automated acknowledgement of using the contact us page on their website

I placed an order with needundies in April and never received the item. After two weeks with no update, I contacted them twice by email and twice by phone. I received no response, only an automated message stating they were busy and that they don’t take orders over the phone.

Despite my repeated attempts, I was ignored. In the end, I had to involve my bank to get a refund. While my bank has reimbursed me for now, they are still in the process of recovering the funds from the company directly.

This has been a frustrating and time-consuming experience. I strongly advise others to avoid this retailer. In my view, it’s a complete scam.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. I wish I had read these reviews prior to placing my order. The website looked legitimate and prices were realistic so no alarm bells but no goods ever arrived. I've emailed them 4 times. No response. I will apply for a refund via my creditcard company and report them to Trading Standards.
