I feel BEYOND DISRESPECTED.....

I wouldn't have enough room/time to explain it all, plus i've repeated myself so many times now, it's exhausting. So long story short, here goes. I've always appreciated the respect and caring treatment i've received from Neewer in the past. Up until I didin't receive my package. I sent an email to support, responses' were short, repeated,robotic,no resolution. I then read an email ASKING me, if i'm okay w/them shipping me the missing package. I mean, ya, I thought that was quite obvious? I responded, an agent apologizing. "Your package has been shipped!" I also received a gift card. Resolution felt fair, I respected their handling.
Until today, missing "package" arrived. Missing package arrived MISSING 3/7 of it's CONTENTS! At this point, it feels intentional. I feel BEYOND DISRESPECTED!
Sent ANOTHER email. I'll tell ya what,if this doesn't get resolved,or"does"and I receive similar etc. care, there will be no email. A complete opposite route will be taken.

Solid company that backs up their products

you have easy ordering, fast shipping and... really great support! I made a feature request and got a reply that it was passed on to the development team. I also had a support question and got a real answer quickly. that's not so common these days, keep it up!

so easy to put together!

so easy to put together, love it! lightweight but still sturdy. I plan on using it during cake smash sessions to hold my camera up because I am battling breast cancer and now get tired much much quicker, so this is going to be a game changer for me! I love how low to the ground it gets. It arrived so quickly too, and comes with a carry case. 10/10 highly recommend

A Wrong was quickly Righted!

Originally sent me the wrong product that i had ordered. I reached out and told what happened, and Erin responded quickly with an apology and informed that it would get corrected immediately. Not only that, Erin told me to keep the wrong product and not worry about returning. Very kind gesture and earned trust with that! Got the correct product a few days later, thank you!

Looked like a nice product bit I don’t…

Looked like a nice product bit I don’t know because I never received it.. sold by Neweer on their website, shipped by Swiship, or UPS, or Amazon.. depends on who you ask.. package was obviously lost. Called UPS who told me that I needed to talk to Amazon, called Amazon who said they knew nothing about it, and said I should call Neewer, who never responded with a callback to any of my calls. Would occasionally get an email from them just telling me to wait longer and it might show up. Finally demand a refund.. Would not order from their website again. Absolutely frustrating.
