This course has provided me with so much valuable information and also an eye opener. My knowledge on female genital mutilation before starting this course was very limited . This course has provided me with much needed knowledge and understanding on this harmful practice . I have also gained deeper understanding of the cultural, social and historical context on female genital mutilation as well as the impact on individuals and communities .
